  I want to share how great the roofing service and quality workmanship were on our home. We had a heavily worn roof that needed a full tear-off and replacement, and the crew handled the whole roofing job with very little disruption to our daily routine. The workers were excellent, professional, and easy to work with. They also extended the existing roofline over our back deck and tied it in smoothly with the new roof so everything matched well. On top of that, they added attic insulation to help lower energy costs during the hot Northridge weather. We chose one of the upgraded roofing options, including full roof venting and stronger shingles, and their estimate was still one of the most competitive prices we found. The attention to detail, clean installation, and solid communication really stood out. The finished roof looks great, improves airflow, and gave us confidence that the work was done right.   Amazing experience with this roofing crew. They were honest, easy to work with, and the pricing for the roof and chimney repair was fair. The original installation had been done wrong, and the flashing had damage from squirrels, which had started to affect the surrounding roofing materials. Gary and the roofing team carefully removed the damaged shingles and underlayment, repaired the problem areas, and rebuilt the chimney flashing so it looked and performed like new. I had a lot of special requests, including moving nearly every roof vent and a few other roof penetrations after some plumbing changes inside the house. They listened carefully, explained the roofing plan in simple terms, and made the whole process easy. The roof decking had a mix of 1x8, 1x10, and 1x12 boards, and the team checked it closely during tear-off. They replaced any damaged or cracked decking that had been affected by the weight of multiple shingle layers and years of old nail holes. That extra attention gave me confidence that the new roofing system was being done the right way, not just covered up.
