  There are a lot of problems that go with owning a house and when my roof was in need of repair, we bit the bullet and chose to go with Valiant. They were the most expensive quote by far but based on good reviews and a very charismatic estimator, we we thought we were making a great choice. Wrong. Problem after problem. Messes left everywhere including giant nails and stakes that could have easily injured our dogs, a skylight that now allows bugs to get inside my house, whole parts of our install not being done including me having to stop the entire team to remind them that they were doing fascia before they spent an entire day doing gutters they would have had to immediately remove. Portions of the repair that didn't get done. Lack of communication, and they couldn't even find documentation of my warranty for more than a month as I withheld final payment. They used the excuse that a 'large portion of their team was fired for not doing their job correctly'... duh! I can see that, but I still had to deal with the problems and pay for sub par performance. We settled on them repairing a back roof and $300 off my estimate but that doesn't even begin to cover the issues and I just wanted them gone. I'm not denying that the majority of these reviews are legitimate but my experience was truly awful and they should stay out of the Oregon market until they can perform like it appears they do in Washington. I'll make sure and tell my friends and neighbors not to choose Valiant when it's time to do their roofs. The worst $26k I'll ever spend in my life.

  I recently did a quote on their website because I saw they roofed my neighbors place, the quote was easy and simple (hence the two stars). Even though they said they won’t contact you, they did reach out.However, it was clear that they didn’t want or need my business. I asked them to come out and look at my roof to see the life left. They directed me back to get a quote for the cost on their website and told me if I’m losing grit, it’s time for a new roof. How do I know if I’m losing grit? I haven’t been on my roof and that’s why I was reaching out to a professional. I reached out to another company who actually took the time to come out and looked at my roof. I have some time before I need a new roof but they noticed I had an issue with my plastic vent caps all being cracked and actively leaking which I had no idea. I spent my money with another roofer to get my vent caps replaced.

  Had us sign the contract with said monthly payments, then decided to do credit checks, just to say oh no, you have to pay a higher monthly payment. Blake, tried to blame our credits as to why they had us sign contract with monthly payment that worked with us. also they had us do a review before anything was said and done, even before signing contract. Lots of false advertisement and false statements to rope you in. This was the 7th roofing company we had come out and quote us, before we decided go through with this company. We obviously backed out.

  I had been in desperate need of a new roof for years, but was so anxious about it. Wasn’t sure where to start or who to choose with so many options. Finally I just had to get this done, my roof wasn’t going to hold up another winter. I got quotes from five companies, all with glowing reviews. Two higher and two lower than Valiant. Of the five Valiant was the most through in their roof inspection, and quote. 1 guy gave a quote on a sheet of paper from the ground, 2 stood on a ladder and took a look and have more handwritten quotes on a single paper, none of them even looked in the attic. 1 looked in the attic, articulately documented the conditions, was on a ladder inspecting what they could. After this they sat with me and explained what they would do and how they would do it, I had a comprehensive proposal by the morning. This was Valiant! They stayed in communication while I got funding in place, and promptly scheduled my job, within days of paying the deposit they were here promptly at 7am to replace my roof, they were quick and did an amazing job on my roof. Little over a day in a half they stripped what turned out to Be 5 layers on my 1930’s home. I was a little disappointed at how some of the bird block venting turned out, but they literally had two guys here the next day to correct it. Valiant earned my trust and my business, I own the property next door and will be having them back in the future to handle that project! Thanks, Valiant!

  Roofing Valiant was the Best ever. Hired them to repair half our roof due to negligent work by a previous contractor. Valiant was so great! Honest, quality work. They were the best company we've ever worked with! Highly highly recommend them.

  Valiant Roofing, thank you for my new Owen’s Corning Williamsburg Gray roof. I also opted for the ice and snow shield on all my eves and valleys. I had a great experience with the entire team. Everyone was professional, skilled, and provided an excellent product and services. Thank you to Daniel M, Sales rep who pointed out problem areas that needed to be addressed and fixed. The roofing crew was timely each day and worked very hard. The team was led by Foreman, Mateo M, and members Eden J, Lorenzo, Irma M and the only female roofer Alrida L were very nice and a tough crew. Judy T was an excellent Site Supervisor and met all my needs. The follow up crew Andrew J - Field Supervisor and Alex fixed all the little things to make this project close to perfect.   Everyone from start to finish was friendly and professional. After having multiple roofing companies come out and give estimates 2 stood out and we went with the company that had their own crews and did not use outside contractors. Excellent workmanship, very happy with the way the roof turned out.

  We reside in the Felida area and had a roof that was over 20 years old. Valiant Roofing was an easy and pleasant company to work with. Alex, Andrew, and Judy were all great to communicate with. The roof installers were also very accommodating. They completed the roof installation in two days, and the gutter installation, which was done by a company they had contracted with, was completed in one day. Ruben and his partner did an excellent job installing the gutters.

  They came out was honest on there quote. New roof installed in 2 days. Excellent crew and workmanship. Clean work space up well. With good communication when needed some extra sheets of plywood and stayed within the quote. Please we went with Valiant roofing.

  Valiant did a great job navigating our very tricky driveway and roof! We got quotes from other companies and valiant had the best value. They worked hard in the heat and got it done quickly. They really made sure we were happy with the final product too. I would recommend them!
