  Had a solicitor walk right passed the NO SOLICITING sign and ring my doorbell. My roof is 3 years old. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. If they are not capable of following a simple law, what makes ypu think they'll do a good job on your house.

  June 2020 Cherry roofing replaced the roof of a house I would later purchase in October 2020. Pre purchase inspections found a bunch of black mold due to poor ventilation. Cherry Roofing came out and added some venting and replaced some (not all) of the plywood with mold growth. I had a reinspection and again a large amount of mold was found. Seller claimed Cherry roofing would fix the issue and it was covered under warranty. A short time after closing I had cherry roofing out and they claimed they could find no mold, despite an inspection report with time stamped photos of the mold. Long story short due to having a newborn child and the pandemic following up again fell off my radar. January 2024 my roof had a major leak that caused 70K in damages. Cherry Roofing came out again and of course claimed the roof looked fine and it was a freak thing that was not preventable called an ice dam. August 2024, I contacted multiple other roofers to mitigate risks of future leaks. The roofers both told me there was inadequate ventilation in the addict, mold and that future leaks could be prevented with preventative measures. Both roofers recommended that I make Cherry roofing fix the mold in the addict and add proper ventilation. I had an inspector come and reinspect the roof and of course again find mold. Both the inspector and the roofers reported that the mold was not difficult to find and were not sure why Cherry roofing would have any trouble locating it. I had Cherry roofing return and low and behold this time they located the mold. They immediately began blaming anything and everything for the mold expect for their roofing job of course. They claimed the roofers were trying to get me to pay them for unnecessary repairs (both roofers said I should make cherry roofing repair it and never gave me quotes). They tried to blame my air ducts leaking into the addict (I had a new furnace installed in 2023 and a pressure test completed, no leaks found). They then blamed my in

  Cherry Roofing is my “go to” company for repair or improvement on all things roof. I’ve had them do moss removal, replace cheap plastic vents with metal, install gutter screens and replace flashings on pipe vents. Alex also checked and sealed exposed nail holes for me. Alex is great to work with and Taylor in the office is always amiable when I call. I expect my roof to be good for another fifteen years with the exception of moss deterrent or removal.

  I’m happy to write a very positive review of the new roof Cherry recently installed for us. I got several quotes in October although we didn’t want the job to begin until the following summer. Tyler did the original very thorough inspection and provided a quote detailing exactly what work would be done. The price quoted was very much in line with others I had received and I appreciated knowing exactly what would be done and what materials would be used. We still needed to decide on a shingle color and Tyler provided addresses of other homes that Cherry had roofed with any colors we were interested in, along with bringing us larger sample boards that we could use at home. The job started on June 1 as planned and took 5 days for our very large and steep roof. I was home for most of the work and was impressed with both the organization and energy of the crew. Very hard workers who were clearly focused on being careful and exact in installing the new roof. They discovered moisture damage on four sheathing boards due to the nature of the original gutter design. After replacing those boards with new plywood they also further protected them with an ice and water barrier before applying the standard underlayment. They rerouted to the roof three bathroom fan ducts that had originally been vented out to eaves. Several new attic vents were added to meet or exceed code, and all original plastic vent covers were replaced with metal. Any other pipe vents had the original rubber flashing replaced with a modern lifetime product. The crew did quite a bit of cleanup at the end of each day and a very thorough final cleanup on the last day. We had one minor and mostly cosmetic issue that was quickly dealt with by Cherry. All my contact with Tyler, the office staff, and the crew was very pleasant and informative. We love the new roof, are very pleased with all the improvements that were done to bring us up to code, and know we received a completely professional installation. We have
