Our roofing project was a very positive experience from start to finish. Frederick met with me, went over the roof issues in detail, and explained that some roof decking would need to be replaced. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and took time to explain the best roofing options in simple terms. He recommended helpful upgrades like a wider drip edge, ridge vent ventilation, and better shingles to improve the roof system and help it hold up well in the Florida heat and heavy rain. His estimate was much more fair than the other roofing quotes we received. I mentioned that I believed the old roof needed a full tear-off, and he agreed. He also included the material upgrades and ridge vent at the same price, which made the value even better. The roofing crew started early and stayed organized and professional throughout the tear-off and replacement. They worked efficiently, kept a good pace, and still had a positive attitude. By midday, the new roof was already well underway. Frederick was right there on the roof with the crew, working hard alongside them and making sure everything was done the right way. It was great to see that level of care, effort, and hands-on service. The whole job felt smooth, honest, and well managed. I highly recommend this roofing company for anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

we recently had our roof, siding, dormers, gutters, and windows updated, and we are very happy with how everything turned out. of all the roofing contractors we talked with, Frederick gave the most complete roof inspection, walkthrough, and easy-to-understand estimate. the roofing crew was excellent from start to finish, and the quality of the installation went beyond what we expected. they did not cut corners on the roof work or exterior details, and it showed in the finished result. after the job was done, Frederick went over everything carefully, checked the flashing, cleanup, and final details, answered our questions, and even shared helpful ideas for future door and window updates. we will absolutely reach out again when we are ready for the next project. it feels great knowing the roof system, dormers, windows, gutters, and siding are all secure, sealed up, and ready for florida heat, heavy rain, and wind. we also really love the fresh new look of our home.

After a strong windstorm in Holly Hill, we lost several shingles and needed a reliable roofer fast. A neighbor recommended Jacob, and he responded quickly to inspect the roof damage. He explained what needed to be fixed, gave us a clear timeline, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He replaced the missing shingles with matching materials, carefully checked the rest of the roof system, and even found some older damage we had not noticed. Before starting the roofing repair, he took photos of the problem areas, and when the work was finished, he shared photos of the completed repairs. That extra step really showed his attention to detail and professionalism. We were very impressed with the quality of the roof repair, his communication, and how dependable he was from start to finish. In the Florida heat and storm season, it is a big relief to find a roofing contractor who follows through and does solid work. We would absolutely call him again for any future roofing needs.

After getting a very high roofing estimate, I contacted Valdez Family Roofing Company. Within a few hours, Jordan came out to inspect the roof, look over the project, and give me a fair quote. He was very professional on the phone and clearly explained when the roof work could be finished. The job included replacing some damaged plywood decking, installing new shingles, and changing out rotting soffit and fascia boards. They were able to begin part of the work sooner than expected, which was a big help. Once the roofing job was done, everything was cleaned up well, all debris was removed, and they walked the project with me to make sure it all looked right. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in Holly Hill needing reliable roof repair or replacement.

Their pricing was fair and competitive. Jordan, Donovan, and Clinton were friendly, helpful, and took time to answer all our questions about gutter replacement and roof drainage. The crew was polite, skilled, and professional from start to finish. We upgraded from 5-inch gutters to 6-inch gutters for better water flow during heavy rain, and they used screw-in fasteners to secure the gutters to the fascia instead of nails, which can loosen over time. It was also reassuring to know the company carries proper workers' compensation coverage for the field crew, not just office staff, which shows they take safety and responsibility seriously. They were open about coverage details and made the whole roofing and gutter process easy to understand.

Valdez Family Roofing Company did a great job replacing our old leaking roof in Holly Hill. We met with Jacob, shared the roof history, and showed the ceiling damage inside the house. He checked the whole roofing system, explained the estimate in clear simple terms, and walked us through each step of the reroof process. The crew removed the worn materials, replaced the full roof, repaired sections of the old roof deck, changed out damaged attic insulation, and installed the roof vents that were needed for better airflow in the Florida heat. The work site was kept organized, and the team was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. We are very happy with the completed roof project and with how smoothly everything went. It was a pleasure working with Jacob, the roofing crew, and the office staff. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing service.

After moving into our home, we needed roof and gutter help and wanted a second opinion on the roof condition. We contacted a roofing company and met Frederick. He did a prompt roof inspection and clearly explained what needed attention. Most of it was simple but important roofing maintenance, and he also took time to answer our extra questions in a way that was easy to understand. The crew cleared the gutters, cleaned the dryer vent, sealed exposed nails on the roof, and added an extra gutter and downspout to improve water runoff near the front of the garage. They also pointed out a few small areas to keep an eye on so the roof stays in good shape over time, especially with Florida heat and heavy rain. Communication was excellent, the roofing work was finished on schedule, and everything looked neat and professionally done. We were even able to see the gutters working properly after rain later that day. Very happy with the service and would gladly recommend Frederick and the team to friends and family.
