Called and was told to text with info. They didn't respond until the next day but made an appointment for later the same day. Never showed up or called. The next day received a call but asking for a different house he inspected. When he realized his mistake he did not apologize for the no show or explain why, just said goodbye and hung up. Never have I ever experienced such unprofessionalness.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend John Valdez and Valdez Construction! John and his team did an excellent job on our roof. Their pricing was very fair, they got us scheduled quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. They were also extremely responsive and flexible with everything we asked, including scheduling, payment methods, timing, and the amount of work we wanted done. I especially appreciated how thorough their inspection and estimate were. They clearly laid out all the recommended repairs and services, then let us pick and choose what we wanted to have done without any pressure. Great experience from start to finish. Fair, professional, responsive, and excellent workmanship. Definitely 5 stars!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had some repairs needed on the roof of one of our rental properties, and Valdez Construction Roofing did a great job from start to finish. They came out promptly to inspect everything, were very professional, and took the time to clearly explain what the issues were. What I really appreciated was their honesty and attention to detail—they didn’t just patch things up, they made sure the root of the problem was properly addressed. The repairs were handled efficiently, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Great company to work with. Highly recommend them for any roofing needs!
