  Nails in the parking lot and driveways!! We asked these guys to make sure to clean up any nails as we have some older tires and large truck tires that are difficult to replace or repair. They did not take care to ensure our vehicles would be safe. We had to spend hundreds of dollars to buy used tire replacements. The owner Benz, said he'd reimburse us. He just ignored us instead. He asked us to send pics, tire sizes, etc... We did all that twice. But he still ignored us!! There are lots of roofing contractors! Do NOT choose this one!!!

  Didn't even bother showing up for scheduled, initial inspection / estimate. Worse off, when I called the estimator "Vince" a half hour after his scheduled arrival, he said that he had something come up "last night" (so he knew he wouldn't show up to this appointment at 0830). An early AM courtesy call is all I needed to reschedule this company (and get on with my day). If you no show for an estimate, I just can't rationalize a second chance to hire you to do something as important as a new roof. Also called the actual company to see if I could get someone else out (perhaps the problem is isolated to just this one guy). Admin didn't seem to care that her guy didn't show up. She said she does t know anyone else's schedule. It seems like this business has no organization at all, they allow their estimators to do whatever they want. Who is actually responsoble for the work? 6 months from now if there is a leak... Who will own it? Does not build confinfidence!

  No star would be more appropriate. It received an estimate and called 3 times to schdule the work to be done. not once did anyone call me back.

  Awesome from beginning to the end. Office people were excellent. All the roofers were awesome and worked very hard in the scorching sun all day! Even the 3 material delivery guys were awesome. This was a great experience and we highly recommend Gardner Roofing!

  I couldn’t be happier with Gardner Roofing, they did a great job in 2013, when they did my whole roof replacement on my mobile home, and did a great job on the roof covering my inclosed patio rooms, which is the length of the mobil home. So there are 3 room’s downstairs, that just had an aluminum patio cover. Gardner Roofing knew how to cover it perfectly. Now in July of this year 2026, I called them to see if there might be a problem, because I heard a loud crash, and saw 3 shingles on the ground. And I didn’t know if they were important ones. Or if there might be more loose shingles on the roof. Didn’t want to find out when the rainy season start’s and find out there’s a leak. Anyway inspector came out, said the 3 shingles were not important. But would have someone come out and check the roof for damage and that the pipes were sealed. So they came out inspected the roof for damage and sealed all the pipes. I was told no damaged to the roof, it’s in great shape. Peace of mind is what he gave me. YES 5 stars cuz they didn’t ask for 10 which I would have given the Company. You can’t go wrong with Gardner, they say what they will do, and when they will do it. Roofing isn’t cheap, so get the best, not the cheapest. Remember you get what you pay for.I don’t know other companies, but Gardner stands behind their work.

  I was impressed with the perseverance the office staff showed when dealing with the reverse mortgage company. In the beginning it was rough going, seemingly impossible at one point but they didn't give up. When the breakthrough finally came, (& I thank God for that), things began to fall into place and they were able to start work. The replacement of the roof went well. It was done in about 3 days and it's beautiful. Vince, the owner, was good at keeping me updated about how things were going. He was easy to talk with and work with. Over all I would hire Gardner Roofing again if I needed to.

  Took a while to get them on the phone but once they did the crew was great. They showed up on time and finished the whole roof in two days. I like that they cleaned up after themselves and didnt leave nails all over the yard. The price was fair and they even fixed a small leak I didnt notice before. My only complaint is the foreman was a little short with me when I asked a question about the shingles but whatever. Roof looks solid and has held up fine through some serious heat already. I'd call them again if I needed work done.

  Gardner Roofing did the common area buildings in our park about 15 years ago and they still are beautiful. When it was time to replace our roof, I called them first. They did a great job!
