Outer Shield Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Outer Shield Roofing.

Customer Warning! If we could give this company 0 stars, we would. In our experience, the roofing work performed on our project was unacceptable. The roof now requires additional work, and we have been left dealing with the consequences and additional costs.

Alejandro and Erandi did an amazing job! As a general contractor they provided complete proof of work with more than enough pictures. Very workable on price and present for the job. They didn't let any problems hold them up.

I had a problem with birds nesting at the eaves of my roof along with multiple cracked tiles. Other contractors on inspection tried to push for a complete reroofing project at first. Alejandro and his team provided the most comprehensive and honest assessment of what my roof would need and did a roof maintenance and removed the birds nests for a reasonable price. The other contractors who looked at my roof initially quoted me slightly lower than Alejandro for a roof maintinence however many of them had clauses that would lead to additional charges as they did more work which felt dishonest to me. Would highly recommend outer shield roofing.

OuterShield Roofing is outstanding. Alejandro (owner/roofer) and Erandi (office manager) were amazing to work with. Erandi keeps everything organized and communicates quickly, while Alejandro worked hands-on with his crew to complete our roof before the rain on a very tight timeline. They answered every question (and there were MANY), were respectful of health concerns in our home, and took the time to educate us on the roof in its entirety, including ventilation, underlayment, and the chimney. From start to finish, Alejandro never took shortcuts and handled everything with honesty, professionalism, and integrity. Their goal was to ease our minds for years to come, not only with their workmanship, but also an exceptional warranty!! Their crew kept the work area clean, protected landscaping and the pool with tarps, and always communicated any schedule changes. We couldn’t recommend OuterShield Roofing more, a trustworthy, ethical, and hardworking family business that truly goes above and beyond.

When Outer Shield Roofing was contacted to look over the roof for a quote, they explained all three options available to us. Once the option was picked, they were able to obtain permits fast and the work was started soon after. While they were working on the roof Alejandro showed me pictures and videos of everything that was previously not done to code. Alejandro and his crew were professional, punctual, and kept the work area organized. My overall experience with Outer Shield Roofing was excellent. The quality of the work they did was exceptional. One of the best things about Outer Shield Roofing that stands out is the transparency with the owner. I knew everything that was going on and why things needed to be change out. When looking at the work that was done by the prior company, Alejandro explained to me (referencing the building codes) why things were done wrong and included pictures. My overall experience with Outer Shield Roofing was great. They removed my A/C, swamp cooler, and solar panels without any issues. Alejandro was able to recommend other services that needed to be complete at my house as well. If anyone needs quality work completed at their residence, please contact Outer Shield Roofing.

Exceptional work and unbeatable service! I want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible work Outer Shield Roofing did repairing my roof. From the first contact to the completion of the project, they demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to quality. The team was punctual, respectful, and extremely organized, ensuring that every step of the process was transparent and seamless. They clearly explained the available options and helped me choose the best solution for my home without making me feel pressured to spend more than necessary. What truly impressed me was the quality of the work. The roof was flawless, and they used high-quality materials. Furthermore, upon completion, they made sure to leave everything clean and in perfect condition. Even my friends have been asking me about them! Hi Crystal, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate it.

How do you know if your roofer did a good job? A quality roofing job shows up in the details long after the crew leaves. Clean shingle lines, properly sealed flashing, and consistent ventilation are signs the work was done right. Just as important is what you don’t see—no leftover debris, no exposed nails, and no early leaks after rain. For homeowners in Hemet, roof replacement and repair must account for heat expansion and seasonal wind. Experienced contractors follow manufacturer specs and local codes to avoid premature wear. Outer Shield Roofing documents completed work and installs systems designed to perform in Riverside County conditions. #HemetRoofing #RoofReplacementHemet #QualityRoofWork #HemetContractorsJul 18, 2026Learn more
