Water was going into our top floor room where the flat roof met the neighboring wall. They removed the loose flashing, repaired the underlying area, and installed new reinforced wall flashing. The neighbours side was protected and everything was cleaned when the work was done. We have had plenty of rain since the repair with no further problem. Good work and a straightforward experience.

Excellent work, I am extremely glad that I found Roberto and his company All Seasons Roofing. Roberto and his crew worked all week in the hot summer sun. Our job started on the exact date that we scheduled and they worked everyday all day to complete our roof. Roberto is very honest, and you can tell he is proud of his work.

All seasons roofing did a fantastic job! They were super communicative, quick and reasonably priced. Our metal roof was installed in just 2 days, the site was left spotless, and the permit process was a breeze. Huge thanks to team for their top notch service! Highly recommend!!

I went to the All seasons roofing office to inquire about their service. Guy was on the roof that same afternoon. Other guy shared our cost options and shingle types. We had 3 other similar quotes, but am thankful we choose All seasons roofing. The day of the install, team member was on site several times. The construction team completed our job in one day. The shingles look flat and secure. The clean up was impeccable. I highly recommend this team if you have any roofing needs.

I highly recommend All Seasons Roofing. Roberto, the owner, is thorough and skilled. He and his crew are easy to work with; and pay attention to details. The crew arrive promptly to the work site; and the area is kept clean.

The company does what they say they will do. Roberto knows what he's doing! During the repair process he sent me photos to show the problem and then the repair. He explained the process and is very polite, I would recommend to anyone that needs roof repairs!

When homeowners schedule a roof replacement or major repair, they often expect the project to stay focused on shingles, underlayment, and flashing. But roofs are connected to a home’s entire building envelope, which means contractors sometimes uncover hidden issues in ventilation systems, insulation, or structural framing during the work. Understanding what happens next can save you stress, money, and long-term damage to your home.3 days agoLearn more
