Alexander roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Alexander roofing.

My husband called this company to inquire about a leak repair involving our roof in 2 places. We waited two or three days just to hear him say, "The job is to small and he wouldn't want to charge us for something so small that anybody could do themselves. He suggested that my husband pick up a big bucket of mastic and a big bucket of mobile home roof stuff (we don't live in a mobile home!) and SLATHER it all over our roof". (Small job?-!!!) So my 61 year old disabled combat veteran husband went out and bought the stuff suggested. Then while trying to get to the materials on the roof his knee buckled he fell off the ladder to the ground. Right on top of the bricks the roofer removed while permanently uncovering the leak to look. (The tarp/plastic was never replaced) My husband's injuries from the fall are one broken rib, one cracked rib, left knee in a casted brace and the right knee in a large brace. MY HUSBAND GOT HOME FROM THE EMERGENCY ROOM AND CLIMBED RIGHT BACK UP THE ROOF AND IS STILL THERE @ 10:00 PM because we expect rain as per the roofer dude. I am embarrassed for the woman that raised this young man! WOW!! Sincerely, Just another worthless senior. PS Good luck with it son.

your review is not true, I got to your estimate as soon as possible, your husband got on the roof on his own ladder and removed his own bricks and tarp that he had put on the roof himself already, I told him that the roof is beyond repair that it needs to be tore off and it has three layers on it, he said you guys are on a budget and could not afford to have the whole roof redone and he had already put mastic on the leaking areas, I said at this point that is all you can do without tearing off the whole roof is put more mastic on the leak areas and pointed out other areas that he had missed, and I told him I would not want to charge him just to put mastic on the leaking areas not the entire roof.. and that I would even help him or could do it free of charge since he is a veteran and a senior.. not because the job was to small, it's not my fault that he got hurt going back on the roof on his own ladder and fell on his own bricks that he removed, and the tarp he had put was just on a flat deck it was not doing anything, it was not up and over the ridge.. sorry to hear he got hurt

I used this company once again 2 years later. The initial repair is still holding up. I was in bind and needed to repair several leaks with the upcoming day. Alexander was very professional! He came out assessed everything, provided pictures & estimate. I was shocked he was able to do the work same day. I will be using this company from now. Highly recommend. Thank you! I am a terrible procrastinator and lag on everything, Alexander Roofing does NOT! New Year Eve we got a leak in our bedroom. It was so stressful because we new the rain was coming. I am a shopper and like to look for the best price around. I found this company through Facebook. They came out same day! I decided to trust them and I'm so glad I did. My roof was fixed the same day! I really appreciate the speedy response. This company is reputable, they're respectful and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend this company for roofing needs.
