i would rate valdez brothers roof repair as the best of the best. we had a serious kitchen roof leak and called for help, and taylor handled everything in a very professional way. the leak was caused by the solar panel installation, and taylor came out quickly to inspect the problem, explain the roofing issue in simple terms, and give us a fair price for a new metal roof. he also brought a crew with him to cover the damaged area right away with protective plastic, which stopped the leak until the roofing materials arrived. that quick temporary repair really helped prevent more water damage inside the house. once the solar panels were removed, the crew got started on the new metal roof and did excellent work from start to finish. after the roof was installed, taylor even came back out when the solar crew returned to reinstall the panels. he made sure they did not drill into the new metal roofing panels or damage the new roof system during the install. that extra attention gave us a lot of confidence and showed real care for the quality of the job. it is rare to find a roofing company that communicates this well, responds this fast, and takes such good care of the customer. the whole experience was smooth, helpful, and handled with real professionalism. if you need roof repair, leak control, or a new metal roof in fort worth, this is the kind of service you hope to get.

Exceptional experience with this roofing company. I really appreciate the great service during my roof project at home. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, everything was handled with care, skill, and professionalism. The price was fair, and the shingle quality was even better than I expected. I liked that the estimate was clear and easy to understand, with no surprises along the way. It was obvious the company believes in honest roofing work and solid value. The crew showed strong roofing knowledge from start to finish. During the inspection, planning, and installation, they explained the process clearly and made me feel confident in the work being done. Their understanding of roof construction, materials, ventilation, and repair details really stood out. Arthur and the crew were knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to talk to. They answered questions, gave helpful recommendations, and handled every part of the job with real experience. It was clear they take pride in their workmanship and customer service. The project stayed on schedule, and the team arrived on time and worked efficiently each day. They finished the roof within the promised timeframe without cutting corners, which says a lot about their reliability and attention to detail. I also appreciated the friendly, family-style approach. The whole experience felt personal and comfortable, not rushed or impersonal. They treated me with respect and made sure my roofing needs were fully understood. In the Texas heat, it was reassuring to have a crew that worked hard, stayed organized, and completed a durable roof that looks great and gives peace of mind. Overall, this company stands out for fair pricing, quality shingles, roofing expertise, dependable service, and a professional crew. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or roofing repairs.

manuel took the time to clearly explain the roofing scope, the shingles and other materials, and what to expect before i signed the contract. He started the roof project on schedule and kept everything moving smoothly from tear-off to final cleanup. The crew showed up at the same time each day, worked efficiently, and made it easy to plan around the job. manuel was often on site and always ready to answer questions, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the project. At the end of each day, the team cleaned up the yard well, removed debris, and kept the property neat. When they found that an additional gutter was needed, they installed it and adjusted the other gutters as the work moved along. After the roofing work was completed, they even used a magnet around the house to pick up loose nails, which i really appreciated. The job was finished on time and at the agreed price, and i later received a lifetime manufacturer warranty along with a workmanship guarantee. I am very pleased with the new roof and highly recommend this Fort Worth roofing company.

As a real estate agent, I’ve worked with many strong roofing professionals, and Taylor really stands out in roof repair and replacement work. Taylor is dedicated to helping clients and always goes the extra mile to make the whole roofing process smooth and stress-free. He is easy to reach after normal business hours and on weekends, and he also helps handle communication with insurance adjusters and claims. That kind of support helps homeowners get the coverage they need for roof repairs or a full roof replacement. His crew is reliable, professional, and knowledgeable about common roofing issues that come with strong sun, heat, heavy rain, and storm damage. I highly recommend Taylor and the team for any roofing needs.

I highly recommend Valdez Brothers Roof Repair. Arthur was quick to respond every time I reached out and was the only roofer who took extra time to walk me through the full roof repair job, including materials, warranty details, the work steps, and sample options. He made me feel sure the project would be handled the right way. I received three estimates, and this one was fairly priced right in the middle. The crew even arrived a day early to help with my schedule in Fort Worth and completed everything fast from start to finish. The workers were polite, hardworking, and very efficient. They did a great job cleaning the property and even used a magnet tool to pick up stray roofing nails. I also appreciated the advice to cover items in the attic with plastic before the roof work started, because some dust naturally came through during the project and cleanup was much easier afterward. I’m very glad I chose this roofing team and would recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Russell made getting a new roof with Valdez Brothers Roof Repair easy and stress free. I really liked that he took before and after photos, since I was not going to climb up on the roof, and he also emailed everything to me so I could keep it for my records. I was unsure about the shingle color, so he came back to my house, got up on the roof, and set out sample shingles so I could see how the color would really look in the sunlight. That extra effort made a big difference, and now I am very happy with my new roof. The roofing crew worked fast, stayed organized, and did a great job with cleanup, finishing the whole project in one day. I also had an unusual issue come up later, and when I asked for help, the response was friendly and quick. Joe and Manuel came out right away, were professional and polite, and handled everything well. Everyone I worked with treated me with care and respect, and it truly felt like they wanted me to be happy with every part of the roofing job. In the Texas heat, it was great to have a team that communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and delivered such solid roof repair and replacement service.
