Our guesthouse behind our home had a skylight that over the years continued to leak and cause water stains on the ceiling around it. The roof is a standing seam metal one originally with AEP Span panels. V&V removed the skylight and about 8 feet of the roof. The water shield had obviously been penetrated and there was considerable rotting of the adjacent plywood. V&V replace the rotten plywood and put a new water shield before replacing the metal panels they removed. The work was done efficiently and we are very happy with the end result. They also replaced a roof vent and resealed all of the roof penetrations on our main how on two levels. Excellent work!!

Customer service PERFECTION!! Professional service and great communication from start to finish. Starting with Oscar doing the roof inspection, estimate and working with insurance adjuster, the crew of hard workers that didn’t mess around getting the job done and then diligent with clean up afterward. To Omar, the site supervisor, that had the insight to get in attic after new roof finished and be sure the gas water heater vent was seated correctly….I appreciate them all!!

V&V roofing was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Installation of roof went as smooth as the shingles sitting on top of the roof.

We were long overdue for a new roof. V & V roofing was more affordable than other roofing companies and completed the job quickly. They even came back out the day after to re-sweep our property and driveway for nails.
