  Thank God I got 2 estimates outside of there estimate for Garcia Roofing it was 60% higher than the previous 2 estimates, it was to replace a roof on a 16x80 trailer. What he wanted to charge was outrageous it seemed like price gauging. My sister just got quoted to replace a 1800 sq ft home they quoted 13 k still coming under the price this man name mitch quoted me for a 16x 80 trailer dont do business with them...

  Garcia did my roof alright, had several leaks, because they used rubber ventpipe shields that deteriorated and caused water leaks (they did replace them, but I had to pay for the interior water damage!), After that I was having some eve rott, when the boards were removed, I found there was a roof leak that had rotted the roof sheathing! I could see the bottom of the singles! I reported the damage to Garcia and they told me they could not find my file from when the roof was installed ( they did have records if the previous warranty repair, but now could not find my file from roof replacement). Then they tried to tell me it was from tropical storm damage since the roof was installed, they made no effort to even inspect the roof issues! I warn you use them at your own risk, since they won't backup their work!

After reviewing our records, we see that we completed a re-roof for you in 2009 and performed a repair in 2020. In October 2024, we were contacted regarding a leak and a request to file the issue under warranty. However, we explained that the warranty had expired and the issue was no longer covered. We made several attempts to contact you to further address the matter, but were unable to reach you as the contact information we have on file is no longer in service.   Canceled 3rd confirmed appointment & they do it at the last minute, after you've taken time off of work to be home for the inspection. The secretary gives no reason, just that they need to reschedule. That leads me to believe that they slot in anyone who might have just called, but who has a larger project than yours. My neighbor had them come back repeatedly to fix their work after Ida. He refused to pay until the work was properly done, but he doesn't work much. It still took weeks for them to get it right!!

  We had roof replaced in 2021 by Garcia and now we are having issues with poor shingle alignment, water intrusion, inadequate flashing and wrong roofing nails size used. We had another roofer come check our shingles, replace flashing and still more work to be done. You just can not find a good company these days

  Garcia roofing is a cookie cutter roof replacement company. If you are wanting something specific such as assisting with a repitch or solutions to poor roof installing on multiple additions they will not help you. During my one week home …

  They did my roof months ago, but I'm still finding nails and roof racks all over my yard. I have dogs, this is not ok

  I do not recommend to do business with this company at all, I was very disappointed with the work they did and I don't think they were experienced. waste of $$$$

  Charlie with Garcia Roofing was great to work with. He was always available and answered all to my questions in a timely manner. They got the job done very quickly and I am very satisfied with their work. I will be using them for any future roof repairs

  Our sales rep Taylor was thorough in his inspection, quotes and explanation of difference in our options. The install team was professionally managed by an on-site manager, Mitchel, who addressed any of my questions or concerns -especially regarding clean up to protect our enclosed copper gutter drainage system. Additionally, they provided pictures of any areas of concern once the old shingles were removed and then pictures once it was completed. There was constant communication with the project team leader, Roberto, from start to finish on the job. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Garcia Roofing to anyone who is looking for a high quality roofing job.

  After having several roofing companies pitch an offer to perform the complete replacement and additional repairs to our home, Garcia was the most thorough, understanding, and professional. The salesman, Taylor Landry, was the only salesman out of all the contractors who tried to "win the job" who went the extra mile. He did not propose the "cheap fix", but rather the right option to ensure our home and family was protected. The project managers and superintendents were excellent at communication and the crew arrived on time. They worked diligently and ensured quality was adhered to every step of the way. While I never want to make the phone call to have our roof repaired again, I know and trust Garcia will do it right.

  From the initial roof inspection to the final inspection after installation, Taylor and Roberto were extremely responsive and kept me informed throughout the process. I received two quotes and ultimately chose Garcia over the other company. The roof replacement was completed quickly without any issues. Thank you, Garcia, for my new roof!

  The crew came out and replaced the roof in a day. A second crew came out the next day and installed my chimney flashing and a cricket. Customer service is a high priority with this company. Nothing is finalized until the customer is happy, and any issues I had were taken care of swiftly. Frank oversaw my roof installation and was great to work with.
