  They scheduled and confirmed an appointment with me and nobody showed, or canceled. Left work early to meet someone that never showed up. Called their number and could not get through to a real person, just an AI bot. disappointing.

  Set up an appointment for a roof inspection, kept emailing reminders, I took off of work and everything. No one showed up! No calls saying they were running late or needed to reschedule. Literally no call, no show making me miss work for nothing!

  I contacted Roof Gecko after reading positive reviews online about a leak in my roof. Hunter came out, inspected the issue, and explained my options. I was able to get on the schedule quickly, and the crew came out the following week to make the repairs. The entire process was fast, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend Roof Gecko to anyone needing roof repairs.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Roof Gecko and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them! From start to finish they were professional, courteous and friendly. Hunter went out of his way to explain the materials they would use and how the roof replacement process would work. We made an agreement on a Thursday evening and they had my roof replaced by the very next Wednesday! The crew was fast and efficient, and they cleaned up ALL materials and left my property in great shape! I highly recommend Roof Gecko to anyone looking to get roofing work completed.

  Hunter and his crew at Roof Gecko were Great! Hunter make an excellent presentation and proposal and they delivered exactly what he said they would. Not only was it a great price and high quality work, but the crew did an amazing job of cleaning up and making sure we were 100% happy with their work. I HIGHLY recommend them!

  Hunter was patient in working with me to build a case with my insurance to get the roof covered. It took literally years but once he stepped in it got moving again. With his help and knowledge we were able to get the roof replacement covered. He knows what insurance companies are looking for and had a great attitude through the whole process.

  My wife and I moved to Baton Rouge this week. On our second day in the new house we found a roof leak and were unsure who to call. I found Roof Gecko online and saw their great reviews, so I decided to give them a call. They sent Kase out to walk the job in less two hours and we were scheduled for the repair by the end of the week. The guys that came to the make the repair did a great job and cleaned up extremely well. Overall an outstanding experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Roof Gecko again for any roofing needs.

  One of the best experiences overall. They really came through when 7 other companies failed! I have a brand new roof and all I had to pay of the 60k was my deductible. Wow I will refer them to everyone I know:-)
