UV Exteriors

The only one or two-star review we hold for UV Exteriors.

Contacted this company for minor repair on my house. I paid half the quoted amount per their contract, but shortly after got another quote from another company for half the amount. I cancelled and this is where the trouble began. First they tried saying I cancelled after their 3 day cancellation window, but I cancelled before that and when I brought that up, the owner "didn't remember that". Secondly it took over a month to get my refund from them. This company can take your money, but if you want it back good luck. I would suggest doing your research and going with another company. Also, within minutes of posting this review, the owner called me to offer a "bribe" of money to give them a better review or remove it entirely. This speaks volumes of this company.

Adam, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Your cancellation was accepted without issue, and we waived our standard $300 cancellation fee as a courtesy. Within 24 hours of confirming your cancellation, we sent written confirmation that your refund was being processed. The refund was issued back to your PayPal account, which is known to have longer processing times—sometimes taking up to 30 days to reflect, depending on their policies. We understand how that delay could be frustrating, but unfortunately, it's something outside of our control. Throughout the process, we remained available and responsive to your concerns. We always aim to be professional and fair, even in situations where projects are canceled, and we wish you the best with your home repairs. — UV Exteriors

Tony was knowledgeable and patiently reviewed the damage. He showed pictures to me when I doubted the amount of damage. I am so thankful he convinced me to do the replacement of roof, skylights, gutters. I absolutely love the roof and the finished trim work. My skylights are fantastic!!
