  I had a terrible experience with this company. The manager, Tony, tries to intimidate you by getting loud with you when you voice your issues with the unprofessional work the cheap labor crews they contract do. I did over $35,000 of work, between a new roof, new fascia, new soffits, new siding, and new gutters,with them including $10,000 out of my own pocket($25,000 was paid by my insurance company). The issues began from day one when I discovered the wrong color aluminum rolls were delivered which delayed the job until the following week. The crew that was doing the job did a bad job wrapping the windows, front door(most of the front door area was left with the old wrap), patio door and garage door had to be rewrapped after I demanded it because of the massive gaps the crew left when they first wrapped it. I had to have them tear off and repeat the soffits on the front area of the house because it was installed incorrectly the first time. And another issue I had was with the gutter apron which they had to remove and reinstall because it was raising the roof shingles. And finally I caught them trying to install soffits where the wood was rotten and needed to be replaced. Like I said, terrible experience.

  Be careful before you get this company they will rob you financially we were working with Jose , also extremely rude convincing you to sign the contract and promising you to get everything including gutters and downspouts, at the end saying theres no funds for that and charging 2 deductibles under one claim . DONT TRUST THEM be aware

  I would not consider doing business with this company. I have had two problems since the roof was replaced in the same area of the roof. I have made several attempts to contact someone to address the issue, but no one will return my phone call. The customer service at this company is far from professional!

  Prepare to wait forever for them to contact you. Waited 3 months for them to get back to me, then went with another contractor. Now, 6 months later saying I owe them money for work they never did.

  New roof with a leak and cant get them to come back to rectify the problem. Not happy at the moment. And with every rain I see the problem getting worse??? I have been blown off twice now by Maddy.

  I was appalled by finding out there was a leak due to an improper installed vent that was already here when we moved in. Carlos from Canga roofing came out and identified the problem in a matter of minutes, and also discovered a 2nd vent was improperly installed. He showed me pictures and explained the metal ring around the shingles was supposed to be underneath the shingles, but they left it on top. I was horrified. The very next day someone else came by and fixed the problem on the roof but also treated the damp wood inside the attic where the moisture stains are. I have to say my anxiety got the better of me but will certainly call Canga again with future roof issues as well as recommend to my coworkers, family and friends. I can't say it enough, don't wait any longer if you have a roofing issue, even if you are not sure. One more note, I was afraid I was going to be talked into getting a whole new roof, but Carlos explained that I have at least 5 years of roof life left! Who does that??? No one I know, no matter what profession. Put your mind at peace, give Canga a call today!

  As a new home owner going through their first insurance claim, Carlos was able to explain the process, what the insurance companies look for, and meeting their requirements. His teams tore off my old roof and replaced it, new siding and trim, replaced the gutters, and replaced 6 new windows. His crew replaced rotted wood when they found it, they cleaned up after every day and my house looks brand new. Highly recommend and would use them again!

  I had an excellent experience working with Abud. From the beginning they were professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions.
