  Very hard to get a clear and concise answer prices constantly change spending 26,000 you should expect the customer to have questions and if you can't answer those questions without getting frustrated you're in the wrong business I should have saw the signs with dealing with Chris off the get-go definitely has a short fuse and if things don't go perfectly you can see the attitude come out it should have read the reviews on such issues so update I just realized Chris is the owner of the company and got a call from him asking me why I left nasty reviews I told him it was a truthful review. at this point Chris became very combative raised his voice to the point where I had to hang up on him I judge people and companies of how they react to situations, my fear is now what if there was an issue with the roof would I get this kind of customer So in response to Chris's comment appreciate how nice you're being here probably should keep that same energy when speaking to customers first off yes I had questions when you did the estimate and we had our conversation I told you there was variables and I explained those variables of what we might need and you told me you would get me a quote for those also we are very able to get financed but with the amount constantly changing made it very hard especially with how clear and concise I said I wanted a complete new roof but you sent me a quote for just shingles second of all in the roofing estimate for repair you said I needed new skylights but with the new roof you said those weren't needed so again I had some questions cuz it didn't quite make sense all the best variables and Extras you speak of were discussed in our original conversation when you came to our house but for some reason you either didn't hear me or didn't listen 3rd another person got involved and started giving me different prices then you had given me so again yes I have questions these questions about stuff seem to bother you I apologize for having questions wh

We presented a clear and straightforward price in our proposal, and ultimately, it’s up to the customer to decide whether to go with conventional payment or financing, which is a common choice when working with us. From the beginning, you indicated you wanted conventional, but then switched to financing just three days out from starting on your project, then mentioned that you wouldn’t have the financing amount for another six months. We did our best to answer all your questions and simplified the bid to make it easier for you to understand. However, it started to feel like we were adjusting the price repeatedly for someone who wasn’t ready to pay. We revised the proposal to include the additional $8,668.50 option you wanted, but it seems it still wasn’t clear. After that, you requested the eaves to be built out, which required a framer, and we recommended one for you. Despite our efforts, it seems we weren’t able to meet your expectations. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, but we really did try our best.

  Reroofed a six unit apartment in Clatskanie, Oregon and worked cooperatively with a sheet metal contractor who replaced cap metal. Work was performed in a timely and efficient manner without interfering with tenants lives.

  Chris and the team were excellent to work with.   Chris and his team were amazing. Clear communication, estimate given at walk-through, no timing delays and he dealt with a problematic chimney! The crew were extremely diligent with daily clean-up and final project clean up. Highly recommend working with USA Roofing!

  Great experience with Chris and Jack. I had a leaky roof during recent heavy rains, Chris came out right away, gave me an honest assessment and competitive bid. Good communication throughout, new roof looks great. Would definitely use them again.
