  I was stood up for a re roof estimate today. No show and no call or msg., after making a special time to be home for the appt. When I called them, I was told sorry we must have 'double booked' that time A very poor start. We will definitely nNOT be using IBEX Roofing for our extensive roof repla ement!

  I called for what they advertised as a free estimate for my roof repair, but it wasn't truly free. They require you to meet with a salesperson for two hours just to get the estimate. I declined, but ever since, the company has been relentlessly calling me for months. Avoid this company—they're just spammers.

  They came out for a “free” inspection, but then insisted on accessing both my attic and crawl space. I'm still unclear why the crawl space was necessary, as it seemed like an excuse to upsell services I hadn’t asked for. These areas aren't easily accessible in my home, and other companies have provided bids without needing full access—or even my presence. After the inspection, the rep asked to come inside and sit down for what sounded like a long sales presentation. I declined, but he still attempted to give his pitch outside, while my partner and kids kept coming out trying to wrap things up. To be fair, the rep was polite and seemed to just be doing his job. When he asked what mattered most to me, I said transparency. Unfortunately, the pricing didn’t reflect that. The initial quote was $16K for my small ranch-style home, which shocked me. Then it dropped to $14K, and finally $13K—without any real explanation. That kind of pricing tactic felt like smoke and mirrors, and ultimately lost my trust and my business.

  Very odd,aggressive and uncomfortable sales situation. I almost had to force the guy to leave my house. He told me he needed to make sure I was a good fit for their company. It was clear they were trying to swing the balance of power. I just want a price for a new roof. I don't need to be interviewed.

  It started out promising. They provided a timely estimate, scheduled the service (moss removal and zinc treatment), and then things started to not go as good. It took two trips to "complete" the job, which is understandable, but when the job was "completed" we noticed that there was still moss and lichen on the shingles and that only part of the roof had been treated with zinc. Upon calling the individual's supervisor back to report our concerns, he said "yeah, I was concerned that there might be concerns..." after he had called to collect the payment and I shared my observations. I am a firm believer in second chances, and this company is sending the same individual back out to perform another moss removal and zinc the entire roof (again), so perhaps the second time around is better than the first....

  IBEX just installed my new roof and gutters; I couldn't be happier with the results! From the estimation, which was done by Ian, to meeting with Kyle, the project manager, and the crew who installed the new roof, every step of the process was clearly communicated and implemented at the highest quality. Ian took the time to look at our roof and explain the work that needed to be done and answered all the questions we had. Next, we met with our project manager, Kyle, who took the time to explain all the work that would be done, ensured that we chose the products that would work best for our situation, made himself available for any questions/issues that might arise, and made to follow up with us in a timely manner. Installing a new roof is a major project for any homeowner and it's hard to know which roofing companies will do the best and highest quality work, so finding IBEX was very serendipitous and I would recommend IBEX to any of my family members, friends, or any homeowner looking to get the best quality service and materials it the business. Thanks IBEX and Kyle for making this a great experience!!!

  Absolutely 💯 the best company, Cody was a great sales guy to walk me through the start of the project and then handed me over to nick the project manager. They both were so personable and so cool to chat with and super helpful. Fair price for such a huge rip out redue. You really get more than you pay for here. Simply the best 👌.

  They did outstanding work on my roof. I had multiple spots that were leaking and they took care of all the issues with a competitive quote. Later when I had a recurring issue in one spot they came right out and took care of it.

  This company did an amazing job on our new roof. From the initial consultation to the final inspection everything was completed in a friendly and professional manner. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof work.

  From the very first contact IBEX personnel were professional, courteous and helpful. When I sent the referral request via Anji the callback came promptly - Chris was friendly and quick to set up an appointment to assess the situation and offer options for repair of a leaking roof. Without pressure he took me through the options making my decision so much easier. Then came project manager Kyle - he arrived exactly on time, explained the project and what to expect - he was knowledgeable and helpful with answers to my questions delivered at a level I could understand. Day one - the roof replacement started on time the crew was courteous, professional and really worked hard the whole day (everyday) - the job took 4 days, the gutter crew followed with no gap in the timeline. I now have a beautiful new roof and a dry closet. I must say IBEX roofing exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Of Note: 1 I have never ever had a project go this smoothly or efficiently 2 The warranties and guarantees offered by IBEX on products and workmanship are unsurpassed.
