In the process of reroofing my home, the nails used to attach the roof shingles pierced my coolant lines for my a/c that were in my attic. My a/c was installed to code. I found one of the nails used and it measured longer than the accepted length for a roofing nail. The company refuses to reimburse me for repairs to the tune of almost $3,000K. I’ve already paid out over $18K and this is what I get. Not to mention the numerous leaks I’ve had. The roof was started in September and it is still not finished in December because they can’t figure out how to make my sunroom watertight. Be very careful if considering this company.

They did a terrific job on my roof. Due to the high winds in my area, I chose heavy-duty shingles that require a certified installer. I've seen other installers in my neighborhood who do a rapid tear-off and installation. I was surprised that PPR took their time to get everything perfect on my roof. They came across as craftsmen who took pride in their work, and were willing to take the time needed to do the job right. They cleaned at the end of every workday and came back after payment to fix a couple of very minor issues. I'm impressed. In a previous house, I had a major roof problem that did structural damage to the house, so I understand the importance of quality installation. PPR wasn't my cheapest bid, but I feel confident they did an excellent job. I believe it was money well spent.

Premier did a ridge vent repair on a bunch of town homes for us which the overall experience was great. Only caveat is I'm trying to have Sebastian or Victor get out for an inspection on one of the skylights and it's taken a few requests to get a response, and then I hear from our customer that they still haven't been out to take a look.

The estimator, Chris O'Brien, was amazing. I interviewed about a dozen contractors, and Chris provided the best and most thorough, detailed information about our roof. He used a drone to take high-quality photos of the rooftop, allowing me to see its condition clearly. He also went into the attic and examined everything thoroughly, backing it up with photos. I had a number of questions, and he followed up via email very promptly. I only wish their price had been a little lower so I would have felt more comfortable pulling the trigger, though I have to admit their pricing was still in a reasonable range.

We choose Pacific Premier Roofers because they came very highly recommended and we couldn’t be more happy w/ the results. From day one Chris laid all options and cost out very clearly and worked with us to design a proper ventilation system for our new roof. All scenarios that were possible with the ventilation, removal of the old roof and the new roof options were discussed. There were no surprises in the quote or at any other time. Victor and Juan’s crew were efficient, clean and productive; their demo crew got the old roof off in less than a day and immediately started to replace bad plywood sheets. By the end of day 2 the new roof was 75% finished and we were beyond thrilled with the results. Chris even came back 6 months after new roof install to check on the roof and that the roof/attic were venting properly. Chris, Victor, Juan and the whole crew were all true professionals and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The team from Premier Pacific Roofing were great to work with. The bid was very competitive, and the final price was less than the bid. They showed up on time, were organized, worked long days, and cleaned up the site at the end of every day. Roof turned out great.
