We had a flat roof installed on a new structure at the back of our Toronto property and Universal Roofs handled it cleanly and professionally. The roof drains perfectly and the installation finish is neat and tight. Good value for the work done and a team that clearly takes pride in doing things correctly.

We replaced the skylight above our home office through Universal Roofs and it made an enormous difference to the room. Olti was great to work with during the selection process and the installation team was skilled and fast. The new skylight looks like it was always meant to be there. Skylight replacement in Toronto done properly.

Olti and his team at 'Universal Roofs Inc' were very accommodating from the very start. From explaining clearly and in detail the problems with our two skylights and the surrounding area. They were cheerful, prompt, and made sure we …

We had a roof leak causing water damage in the upstairs bedroom of our Etobicoke home. Two companies came and went without solving it properly. Universal Roofs sent Oltion out and he tracked down the actual source of the problem instead of just patching whatever looked obvious. He explained clearly what had failed and why and the fix held up through the entire fall and winter without a drop. Pricing was fair and the whole experience was stress free compared to what we had been through before. For roof leak repair in Etobicoke Universal Roofs is the only call worth making.

We had a Sun Tunnel on a flat roof installed, the amount of light in our semi detached upstairs is stunning. We'd like to thank Olti, Pat, Nick and the friendly assistant for a great job. We highly recommend Olti.

After a hailstorm hit our neighborhood a few of us on the street needed repairs. Universal Roofs handled our job and did excellent work throughout. The crew was on time, professional and the communication was clear from first call to final cleanup. Really impressive operation and a team you can rely on for roof repair in Toronto.

Flat roof on our Etobicoke garage had a slow leak that was causing rot in the fascia below. Universal Roofs repaired the roof and the crew caught the fascia issue too and flagged it for us before it got worse. Appreciated the extra attention. Good team and honest approach.

Getting a full roof replacement done is stressful but the experience with Universal Roofs was genuinely smooth from start to finish. The estimator was straightforward about what we needed and the timeline, the team showed up on schedule each day and the finished roof looks excellent. We were kept informed at every stage and never had to chase anyone for an update. The crew worked efficiently and left the property spotless at the end of each day. Really happy with the quality of the work done on our Toronto home and would absolutely recommend Universal Roofs to anyone.
