I identified issues that should have been addressed prior to completion. The follow-up was delayed and ineffective. I would not use them again.

Calls and emails were often ignored for days. When I eventually received an answer, it seemed hasty and contemptuous. There was no attempt to handle my concerns appropriately. A roofing project shouldn't be so stressful.

Communication was slow and imprecise, and I sometimes had to follow up numerous times to get answers. The workers arrived late on many days with no notice. The final outcome seems hasty and untidy. I regret picking them and would not suggest their services.
