  My next door neighbor here in Ajax just changed their roofing right after I changed mine. Alpine roofing completed their roofing in 3 days and when left, screws and debris were everywhere specially on my concrete slab pathway in between our houses where I access my backyard. I had to clean it my self completely opposite from the guys who did my roofing (my roof is wider) who used magnets to get rid of screws and cleaned debris on both sides, front and back of my house. After few days I saw Alpine roofing visiting and fixing my neighbors roof again.

We take job-site cleanliness and safety very seriously, and our crews are required to perform full magnetic nail sweeps and debris removal before leaving any project. According to our records, no concerns were reported to us at the time, so we were not aware of any debris on the shared pathway. Had we been informed, we would have returned immediately to address it — we never leave an issue unresolved. It’s also important to clarify that we cannot access or clean neighboring properties without approval from the homeowner, as this can raise privacy and liability concerns. If any material was found on your side, we would have gladly handled it upon notification. Regarding the follow-up visit you observed, that was a routine post-installation check. We regularly revisit projects to ensure quality control, even when the work has been completed correctly. It does not indicate that the roof required re-repair. We stand behind the professionalism of our crews and our commitment to proper cleanup. AlpineRoofing Team!!!

  My neighbor engaged Alpine Roofing to do some work on their house. The workers waltzed into our shared alleyway without giving any notice (potentially dropping shingles on my kids' head or freeing our aging dog to wander the streets), and subsequently managed to dent our window siding, rip our bicycle cover and leave behind a bunch of garbage including nails where my kids play. If you're looking to scuttle your relationship with neighbors, I highly recommend engaging these clowns. Addendum: Nothing better than spending your weekend cleaning up somebody else's nails, tar, grit and shingles. Except for when you happen to glance up and see a jumbled mess of roofing garbage affixed to the side of your house (photo attached). This will be fine the next time there are high winds or an ice storm, right? And the service drop for your electrical wires is the perfect place to support a tangled heap of trash. If this is the carelessness with which this company manages its surroundings, I am woe to imagine what transpires on the roofs above.

  I would give a 2.5 star if it was allowed. It is hard to recommend this company to fix a leak in the roof. I am giving 2 stars because they did continue to come back, unsuccessfully, and required many follow up phone calls from myself for them to come back. One of the workers who came back was quite rude and made it seem like it was my fault for him not finding this leak. On the third visit I had to request not to have that worker come back to my house. After 3 attempts to fix my roof, I asked if they could do a water test but they said it would be a waste of time and they could be there for hours without finding any leaks. Needless to say, I ended up going with another company that did the water test, located and have fixed the leak. For roof repairs, I cannot recommend this company.

  Had my roof done by this company three years ago, and by the second year, shingles were already coming off during storms. No one else in the neighborhood is having this issue, which tells me the workmanship was poor or they used low-quality materials. Very disappointing and now I’m stuck dealing with the fallout.

  Make sure you get a quality assessment from 3rd party unless you are climbing up on the roof yourself. They nail your shingles with 2 nails instead of the standard 4 and nail it off the desired location. Before long wind will start blowing them loose.

  We had an excellent experience working with Alpine Roofing. They were very responsive to all of our questions and we never felt pressured to sign a contract. We received several other quotes and found Alpine to be the most competitive. Additionally, they were able to complete the job in just a single day. The project manager was great in providing updates on their progress throughout the day. We are extremely happy with their work and our roof looks great!

  I needed my roof redone after 13 years. Alpine came, assessed the roof then gave me a quote which detailed options and pricing. They answered all my questions and after reviewing their quote and 2 others I selected them. Alpine arrived early on the date promised bringing their trailer/bin for clean-up, worked all day and cleaned up afterward. A representative came the next day to review the work done with me and make sure I was satisfied. Thank you for your professionalism!

  I am very satisfied with the flat roof replacement they completed on our home. We had a lot of questions throughout the process, and they always responded promptly and thoroughly. They were never pushy, and we appreciated that they gave us the time and space to make our decision without any pressure. Tolis also went above and beyond by helping my sister evaluate a quote from another roofing company. With so many stories of homeowners being overcharged, his honest advice gave her peace of mind and helped ensure she wasn't taken advantage of. That level of integrity and genuine customer care really stood out to us.

  Five stars isn’t enough for Alpine Roofing. From the very beginning, the entire experience was exceptional. Our roof turned out to be far more challenging than anyone expected because of its age and condition, but the team at Alpine Roofing handled every obstacle with professionalism, skill, and a positive attitude. I especially want to recognize Mimi, who was an absolute saint throughout the entire process. He was patient, responsive, organized, and always available to answer questions and keep us informed. Having someone like Mimi coordinating everything made what could have been a stressful project feel manageable. The roofing crew was equally impressive. They worked incredibly hard, were courteous and respectful of our property, maintained a clean job site, and their workmanship was outstanding. Despite the unexpected challenges with our old roof, they never cut corners and took obvious pride in doing the job properly. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent craftsmanship with outstanding customer service, but Alpine Roofing delivered on both. We are thrilled with the finished roof and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and highly skilled roofing company.
