  Extremely inconsiderate employees. Left a truck parked on a sidewalk, making it impassable for most people. This wasn't even one of their job sites.

  One of their trucks was involved with a hit and run with my car. I called the company to notify them and I was assured by the secretary that “their guys are good people” insinuating that I’m potentially lying about the incident. Nonetheless she took down my info and I sent her an email as well with the photo of the truck involved. It’s been over 2 months with no reply or care on the matter….makes you wonder how irresponsible and shady they are with other matters. I included the truck that hit me in the picture. Police was notified as well.

However, the driver involved and our secretary both did not receive any more information regarding this situation. We have in our records that you called us about one of our drivers driving around with a fake license plate not about a “hit and run”.The Driver of the vehicle had no recollection about hitting you but was informed that one of his letters had fallen off. He has since changed it. We noted down your initial call but did not hear back from you for over 2 months. Feel free to call the office for more information.

  We had the roof on our patio replaced by this company, and after the roof work was completed, we painted the room right after in 2023. At first, everything seemed fine, the work was done quickly and the communication was responsive. However, after we returned from a trip, we noticed a leak on the ceiling inside the patio. It's been 7 month past after replaced roof. We hired a carpenter to investigate the issue, and he explained that the caulking was not done properly. The caulking should have been applied up to the vertical lines of the brick, but it stopped short. As a result, water seeped through the brick line and leaked indoors. We contacted Alfredo from the company, but he claimed it wasn’t their fault and blamed it on the structure of our house. To be sure, we also consulted a relative who is a professional carpenter, and he confirmed that the issue was clearly caused by improper caulking during the roof work. He even explained the situation directly to Alfredo over the phone what the problem was and how it should be fixed. After that, Alfredo came back, re-caulked the area and repainted inside the patio. However, he continued to insist that it was not their responsibility. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. We were disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism. Reply to Owner's response: As you are aware, addressing the caulking above the bricks was part of the necessary work, something you acknowledged during your phone conversation with my relative. Following that discussion, you proceeded to re-caulk above the brick, which in my view meant that you knew that the original caulking job done by your company was inadequate. Nevertheless, you continued to deny responsibility for the issue and asserted that further leaks would occur, attributing the cause to a cracked wall from your perspective. Contrary to your response, there is no crack in the wall around the area. However, since the caulking was redone, there has been no m

During these visits, it was explained that the leak originated from the brick wall, which had visible cracks. This type of issue typically requires masonry repair, as it falls outside the scope of roofing work. To provide further clarity, the team even performed a water test, which confirmed that the roof itself was watertight and not the source of the leak. Despite this, a technician still returned to re-caulk the affected area and repainted the interior of the patio at no cost—strictly as a gesture of goodwill. We understand you also consulted a relative regarding the matter, and while we respect all opinions, it’s important to note that the individual referenced is not a licensed roofing professional, and their assessment differed from industry standards. Professional Roofers always strives to go above and beyond for our clients—even when issues arise outside the scope of our work.

  Kevin and his guys arrived on time in the morning but no work was done all day. They didn't have the materials, and around 11am they disappeared without a word. We agreed to try again on a day with favourable weather. On that day nobody showed up and around midday Kevin finally responded with a text telling us to look for another contractor. They are not reliable and not customer oriented. Not recommended.

  I am a red seal certified roofer with over 20 years experience I was watching this company install a torch on roof across the street from where we were working and I’m sorry to say but I would never hire this company to install a flat roof here is a list of incorrect procedures 1) improper storage of rolls they had them scattered laying flat all over the roof they should be standing upright on a skid and tarp at the end of each working day 2)they did not prime the existing roof that they where going over manufacture specifications indicate when torching over old cap it must have primer application before torching new roof it will insure the two membrane fuse together 3) improperly installed torch on rolls they ran there field runs up the parapet walls and perimeter the field runs are supposed to be terminated at the flat and a flashing peice is to be installed to tie into the flat to insure there is no bridging or air pockets in the flashings 4) lack of heat applied as they torched down the rolls they put very little heat to the existing roof and more on the new roll but still wasn’t enough to even burn the poly off the sides of the new rolls 5) walking on freshly torched materials I stood there in awe as I watched the guy torch the roll while standing on it and moving it forward you should be standing in front of the roll and torching the roll and pulling it towards you with your torching cane to not damage the new hot product and make footprints all over it Those are somethings I saw while watching these guy’s work totally unprofessional and who knows what other kind of Mickey Mouse stuff they do I would not recommend this company to install or have anything to do with a flat roof I don’t think there men are properly Trained

  I am very unhappy with my 20 thousand dollars roof . The workmanship is very bad and I regret it and I have to live with it now. They try fixing the problems but it is still there. I had a warning sign but I ignored it just to pAy part of the cost a year later. All the homes with metal roof look so good but mine you can see where each panel start and finish. And I need a refund so I can get some one else to fix this ugly roof. I have buyer remorse:

  Alfredo is amazing guy, great service very reliable. I’m a customer of over 10 yrs and I had an issue with raccoons and they help me out for free. Highly recommend

  Jason was a great representative to work with. The team were great, did a very good job on both flat & shingle roof portions, new plywood sheathing that was damaged & original. They insulated the bathroom exhaust venting too, which was not done by a contractor per code. We had extra insulation done to bring up to standard, and they also installed some snow melting cabling to the roof edging. All at a great price for these extras. They were very good at cleaning up & disposing of all materials. Very professional crew. Highly recommended.

  Big thank you to Professional Roofers for replacing our very old, leaky metal roof with a well-insulated shingled roof. Edison and his crew did a great job tackling a difficult roof, and Alfredo guided us through the process from start to finish. As a quick PSA for anyone with an older home and vaulted ceilings that lack proper attic insulation, I’d highly recommend asking about adding 2" insulation boards during a reroof—it made a noticeable difference in regulating our indoor temperature and will definitely cut down on our energy bills.

  I got in touch with Adam to have my shingle replacement/roof inspection done earlier this summer. I was informed my roof was due for a full replacement. With the professionalism and care that was shown to me I did not hesitate with getting my roof done with Professional Roofers. The process was easy, and the communication was great.   We're glad we chose Professional Roofers to re-shingle our house and garage roofs. Very friendly staff, from the secretary who took our call to Adam the estimator, to the crew who did the work, ending with Leandro who inspected everything to make sure it was done right. I would recommend this company to anyone. *PS: We also love that they use a drone to measure the square footage of the roof and determine its condition.
