Did the whole roof in two days! Sent pictures and videos since I wasn't at home. Communicated really well and a much better price than his competitors!

Edy and his team did a great job replacing my roof. The new roof looks great and though there were a couple of surprises during the project everything was completed on time and I'm very pleased with the end result. The team also did a great job cleaning up the job site and removing all of the old roofing material, etc.

I noticed water damage in the corners of my small balcony. I saw Eddy and the Universal crew working on a roof nearby so I asked him to take a look.the initial inspection did not reveal the extent of the water damage..which finally include railing tops, cedar shingles and a fairly major Structural board. YES the cost elevated but it was in keeping with the increased work scope. The work done was of a high caliber and comlleted in a timely manner I was quite satisfied with the work performed, the clean-up at the completion

Over the years, this is the 10th roof I have hired contractors to install and/or replace the roof. This is the most satisfactory work I have come across. They hand nailed the shingles, especially the way they handle the valleys. They are efficient, fast, thorough cleanup and good price. I will hire them again for the next project.

Edy and his crew installed a standing seam metal roof on my house. He is a great guy, easy to work with and his rates are very competitive. Would happily recommend him for any of your roofing needs.
