Our family had a wonderful experience with Universal Roofing from start to finish. Kyle Rushing was incredibly personable and kept us informed every step of the way with regular text updates and progress pictures. Communication was excellent — he was always responsive through email and handled any questions or issues quickly and professionally. The roofing crew did an amazing job cleaning up afterward, and they even brought my trash can back up from the street, which was such a thoughtful touch! Kyle Rushing was outstanding to work with. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever being pushy. He even pointed out other helpful ideas and small fixes around our home that weren’t related to the roofing job at all. He left extra supplies neatly stored in our garage and gave us some really cool drone pictures of our new roof and gutters, along with progress photos throughout the project. Most importantly, Kyle Rushing made my husband and I feel completely confident and safe in our decision. We truly appreciated the honesty, communication, and care Universal Roofing showed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Universal Roofing and Construction Inc. worked with us for over a year to help facilitate getting our homeowner insurance to pay for the damage caused by hail storm. Russell Allen (Project Manager) never gave up in helping to facilitate this process and made sure we got a quality roof quickly. They even helped us with other damage on our home that was discovered during the roofing repair. Great communication and very professional.
