I provided my insurance quote to Legacy Roofing where I was told “you’re being paid half for each line item”. We moved forward with the roof replacement under the expectation that Legacy would work with my insurance company to get additional funds. After the roof was replaced and the invoice was paid I cannot get anyone at Legacy to work with me or insurance. Don’t expect anyone at this company to care about their customers once they get paid. Very disappointed.

This company tried to rip me off. I have all the receipts. It’s normal for a roofing companies to charge more than they’re supposed to and basically steal from you through the insurance companies. But these people were exceptional in the matter.

Not responsive. I don't take too kindly being ghosted honestly left waiting for a quote while having an emergency and the stress of a leaking roof. Enough said. I found a roofing company that values their customers and responded back in a timely manner.

Legacy Roofing did a great job replacing my roof after fallen trees and hail damaged my roof. Jackson King, my contact from Legacy, flew a drone over the roof and inspected the observed damage. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in making an insurance claim and organizing the replacement. The roof removal and installation was vey good the and the roofing crew cleaned up well. Legacy communicated well during the process and returned texts promptly.

Phenomenal work done by them!! I was extremely happy with the quality of the job but also the attention to service. Yeriera specifically was the point of contact for this project and she was on top of it the whole time!! Her consistent smile while dealing with this GA heat and humidity was refreshing!!!

Very efficient installation crew. They set up 7:00 AM, material was delivered soon after and project was completed with cleanup by 5:00 PM. The office and field reps were great to work with and the finished product looks great. I would highly recommend Legacy Roofing & Exteriors for your roofing needs.
