  Yet another roofing company using the “hail damage” scam when there hasn’t been a hail storm here in decades. Watched as the inspector was on my neighbors roof, bending up shingles to make them appear damaged, which is also known as vandalism. Don’t fall for this scam, it only jacks up your insurance. Nothing is free. Update: What a weird long reply to cover up your lies. I regret not filming your employee bending shingles back and forth until they broke on my neighbor’s roof. It certainly wasn’t raining when this happened. This is a legitimate concern with zero conflict of interest. Seemingly countless numbers of roofing companies knock on our doors telling us there was a hail storm recently that damaged our roofs. I’ve lived in the same house for 25 years and it has hailed here literally once and that was over 15 years ago. What you’re doing is wrong and you know it.

  The day after hurricane Helene, I noticed a company truck parked near my unit but didn't think anything of it. I'd requested a quote for a new roof from this company over the summer. Next thing I know, Bailey and another Hispanic man were on my roof without a knock or call. He claims they got a call for a leaking roof at another townhome but that was a lie. He then told me that he put a tarp down for two shingles that were loose. Now I look outside and see two shingles in the backyard. So do I have missing shingles now? He said he would glue them back and said to look out for a gift card to cover the confusion. Yeah, right. Commenters on Nextdoor say I should call the police for vandalism/trespassing but I'd rather just let people know and to be aware of these shady tactics. Interestingly, I got a text the night before from Bailey that their company assists with storm damage, etc.

  I am so confused because I chose this company based on all the good ratings and reviews. I received the exact opposite of everything I read. I initially contacted Dom for an initial estimate for our chimney and gutters. We agreed on a time & day for this to be done. The window he gave is 11-1pm. One o’clock came and went and I ended up having to contact Dom who responded that he was coming out the following day. He said he couldn’t commit to a time. He said that no one had to be home and he would fly his drone and take pictures. He said he would call us afterwards. None of that has yet to happen. Again, completely confused. So we’ll end up looking for a company who values us as customers.

  Was scheduled to have a roof inspection this morning at 11:00 (received e-mail confirmation). No one showed up and I heard nothing from the company. Unfortunately, the slew of 5 star reviews on here did not reflect my experience. I wish 0 stars was an option.

  This company disturbs the Peace! I woke up this morning at 6:15am (Just before daylight and before the birds start to chirp) by drilling, staple guns on top of the roof and loud banging on a building right beside my condominium. This company has no regards to residence being asleep. They should NOT begin working on NOISY PROJECTS until 8:00am. I was off today (7/13/20), thought I’d get to sleep in, only to wake up to DOM RESTORATION & ROOFING BANGING and DRILLING EXTREMELY LOUD AT 6:15 in the morning. If they do it again tomorrow, I will call the police for disturbing the peace. I drove to the site, took pictures, recorded the noise, and ask them what they were doing so early, the guy stopped drilling, said “sorry” then continued to DRILL EVEN LOUDER! I called the company, left my name & number for a call back. Devon called me at 7:30am to apologize. He stated it wasn’t his group in our area & that they set up at 7:30am—begin working at 8:00am. He said “he would be upset too being awakened at 6:15am by drilling, loud banging and roofing guns. *Use this company if you DON’T want sleep, or DONT want to be late for an appointment; they’ll surely wake you up EARLY!

  When I contacted Dom Roofing, they were very quick to respond and immediately came out to give me a estimate on repairs. They gave a reasonable rate (much lower than another quote I received for the same work). I was also informed of some other issues that needed to be looked at. The work was completed quickly and before/after pictures were provided. Very painless process and these guys were great at communicating from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

  We had a significant chimney/roof leak after several days of heavy rain, and I’m so glad we called DOM Roofing & Restoration. From the initial inspection through completion of the repair, their communication and professionalism were excellent. They inspected our roof with a drone and also went up in person to make sure they had a thorough look at the chimney and surrounding roof area. They identified that our chimney needed a cricket and new flashing. We obtained a second opinion, and their recommendation was consistent with DOM's. We had more rain coming before our scheduled repair this week, so I called to ask if they could temporarily tarp the area. They came out and took care of it the same day to help prevent further water damage. The repair itself was completed exactly as discussed, and the cleanup was exceptional. They even went over the area with a large magnetic nail sweeper to make sure they hadn't left nails behind. When they finished, the area was so clean that you would never know roofing work had just been done. We are extremely happy with DOM Roofing & Restoration and would absolutely recommend them to other homeowners.

  This is second time I requested roof single service from DOM, the technican did excellant and walk around and observed a roof nail pushed threw and took care of that area also, plus chalk 2 other areas to make sure tile remain set. I give a 5 star for the work and roof spot inspection. I only say one thing, the repair double in price from previous year.

  They did an amazing job making sure our new house had all of the necessary fixes to ensure no new damage would occur to the roof. We had several fascia, soffit, and roof repairs that were needed and DOM did everything quickly and they communicated everything. I thought the price for the work and professionalism was fantastic and I am glad to say I have a roofing company going forward for any concerns I have!

  Great company. They were timely during the whole process. The two men that cleaned my gutters were so nice and professional. My gutters were so much worse than I thought they were and there weren’t any complaints or one comment. My neighbor recommended them and I’m glad he did!
