We had a dishwasher leak on our kitchen hardwood floors. Bailey’s Roofing and Restoration was recommended to us by our Water Remediation company. Our contractor with Bailey’s was Alex. He was great to work with. He kept us informed of the …

Leigh Ann, thank you for this — I'll make sure Alex sees it. Getting the paperwork to insurance fast is what decides whether a job starts in days or in weeks, so it's good to hear he moved on it. Coming back for the small fixes at the end matters just as much. Thank you for the recommendation. — Bailey Roofing & Restoration, Buford

Bailey Roofing redid a bathroom for me-removed tub and made a walk-in shower. I am super pleased with the results! All of the workers were pleasant, came at time I was told, and worked diligently to leave area clean. I would highly recommend. Briton kept me informed as to next steps, checking on progress, keeping things on track.

Nancy, thank you — this one means a lot, and I'll make sure Briton sees it. Keeping you posted on what was coming next is exactly how he works, so it's good to hear it landed that way. Turning a tub into a walk-in shower changes how you use your house every single day, and we're glad it came out the way you pictured it. Thank you for mentioning the cleanup too. Leaving your space clean isn't extra for us — it's part of the job. — The team at Bailey Roofing & Restoration, Buford

From start to finish Austin is an amazing project manager. He was quick to provide callbacks, provided quotes, and always the best price with a quality job. Five stars! Probably the best contractor work we have ever had at our home! We would highly recommend Bailey Roofing and Restoration, and ask for Austin. He will make sure you are taken care of like one of the family!

Had a wonderful experience with Bailey Roofing and Austin in particular. He was a big help in choosing the right shingle, and how it stacked up against competitor's quotes. He negotiated a better installation date, and was on-site during …

Bailey Roofing was very responsive and easy to work with. I especially want to recognize Nasser Clark (Project Manager) — he was very professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear, and he followed up promptly whenever I had questions. When I needed additional documentation for insurance purposes, Nasser handled it quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. The installation was completed on time and looks great. Overall a smooth and professional experience.
