  I would rate 0 if I could. Do not use these contractors. We used them for a our roof and siding claim. The roof was done, but its been over a year for the siding. We were not happy with the roof after it was done. They left big gaps between the siding and the roof and then used big golbs of chaulk to cover it. Also had bats before and explained to the company that we had a wildlife company come out to seal everything. Contractors said they would make sure everything was re sealed to make sure no more wildlife comes in. They did not do that either. We had to call them back out to fix the job. Still not 100% happy with it. There had been a piece of siding missing from our house since last summer. They took a piece to have it sampled for a match. They were suppose to get us on the scedule for siding. Havent heard from them. Been calling almost everyday and no answer. Fighting with the public adjuster and they said the claim is closed and there is nothing they can do. Yet the job isnt done. Unreliable company with terrible customer service. If your looking for a reputable company this is definitely not the it.

The photos included in this review were taken during the roof installation process—not after the project was completed. The roof was finished, and the areas shown in those photos were completed before the job was finalized. Regarding the siding, this portion of the project became dependent on the insurance claim process and the public adjuster. Once a claim is in the hands of a public adjuster and negotiations with the insurance company are ongoing, that timeline is unfortunately outside of our control. We understand how frustrating delays can be, but Universal Restorations is not the public adjusting company, and we cannot control their claim decisions or processing times. We also want to clarify that we did respond to your calls. While there were multiple calls in a single day, each was returned as promptly as possible. We have always made every effort to keep communication open throughout your project. When you expressed concerns about the roof, we returned to the property to address them because we stand behind our work. While we're sorry you remain dissatisfied, our goal has always been to resolve any issues brought to our attention. We remain willing to discuss the outstanding siding concerns and work toward a resolution if there are remaining items within our scope. We encourage you to contact our office so we can review the current status together.

  Brandon, I got you on speakerphone so it goes crazy and so does my voice. This is Rose. I just want to tell you how awesome it was to deal with you with Ed and with this amazing crew that you sent out I’ve never seen such artistic workmanship , talented, fast and awesome. The tiles are exactly what I wanted. They’re exactly what I needed so they are so beautiful. We have the most beautiful garage roof in all the land or the beautiful the most beautiful roof anyways we appreciate you and we’re gonna tell everybody about you guys. OK I just wanted to tell you they’re leaving now their workmanship like I said I’ve never seen a more beautiful Roof and I really have.
