  Horrible customer service, does not stand behind their work. Had to eventually have someone else come out and fix the work Eenigenburg originally completed since they did not roof the house correct the first time around.

  We’re sorry you had an issue. We have not heard from you since 4/16/2020, afte installing the roof in 2012. We have record of every call that comes through our office. On that date we were out and looked at your roof. We have photos proving this. We told you that your warranty was voided because you had someone who obviously was not a licensed roofer do additional work on your roof. Including spraying a foam into your ridge vent. If you would have called us regarding any issue, we would have stood behind our work.

  Very unprofessional. They have no respect for peoples property, if you do nuisances with them you better have a bottle of Vaseline.

  We were very disappointed with our overall experience. After searching for over a year, we settled on this company and spent over $20K to have our siding redone. We met with the salesperson multiple times working to choose the right color, showed him multiple examples of what we wanted and had a hard time picking the perfect color with small sample sizes. After choosing what color to go with we were assured that this was exactly what we wanted and it looked like the samples pics we had shown them. When the product arrived it was apparent after the first wall went up that this was not at all what we were looking for as we were expecting Bears navy but getting Cubbie blue. We immediately contacted the salesperson who was only able to tell us that it looked kind of close to the sample when in the shade. This did us no good since our house is typically in the sun for a majority of the day. They proceeded to finish the job regardless and let us know that although the final outcome made our house look like a surf hut, they had such a wonderful product our house would continue to look awful for years to come. Fast forward one month, they were very quick to come over and fix the leak they had caused from not completing the siding around the chimney properly which ruined a majority of our living room ceiling. Thanks! Now at 6 months and 3 painting estimates later we were told there is nothing anyone can do and in order to make us go away they knocked off 50% from the cheapest painting estimate they were able to find. The owner also found the time to call us liars during our last phone call…. So in summation, although the salesman was misleading, the communication sporadic and unpleasant, customer service minimal (other than when looking for cash), the final product less than adequate and not once did they laugh at any of the my blue themed jokes, I do have to give them credit…. the painters they hired to fix our ceiling did a phenomenal job. 3/10, would not recomm

We understand you are not happy with the color you selected. With the extremely long delays in material orders, we did our best. We have never made color selections for a homeowner, nor will we. For this exact reason. You were assured that the color you selected would look like the sample you approved. The color choice in any material will take on a different look, at different times of day. Also, with the other colors it's adjacent to. This is not something we can control, or predict. Every customer chooses their own preferences, and they all vary. Actually, we heard from you two days later, after more than one wall was installed. At that point, we confirmed the color, and had the LP manufacturer representative out to assure this. However, we could not leave the house open to the weather. This was a custom color order, and was confirmed prior to ordering. The delays still are extremely long. Even if you chose to order a new color, the wait would be too long, to leave the house exposed. We apologize that the crew missed the caulking on the chimney. This was a mistake, and oversight by our crew. We apologized and had our painter out immediately. Although, the spot was small, we asked him to repaint the entire ceiling to assure no lines or evidence of damage. We understand you are not happy with the color you chose. As a professional courtesy, we assisted in finding painters for you. We arranged different painters to evaluate and give estimates on changing the color for you. We at no time said there was nothing anyone can do. Obviously, we tried to help but, we did not choose the color. The product was installed correctly and according to manufacturer guidelines. We did not try to make you go away by offering 50% off the cheapest painter. We know the estimates and we offered more tha

  We had LP smart siding installed on our house. From start to finish, we were kept inflated, questions and concerns were answered in a timely fashion, and our install was very efficient. The work was detail focused and our house looks fantastic. The company was very pleased to work with-we had one more concern which was resolved within 24 hrs. Highly recommend!

  Highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service, very responsive to time restraints. Called to ask for service when I realized my shingles were blowing off. Received an app’t within one week. Mitch Leleck and Randy Corlew assessed damage and explained repair needs. Thorough roof inspection taking photos needed by insurance company. Provided timely tarping of roof completed by Hector late on a Friday to prevent further damage. Mitch provided timely quotes and estimates explaining line item details. Provided great assistance with insurance company claim. Helped move process along. Have utilized company services over three decades. Very trustworthy, reliable and honest employees. A pleasure to work with.

  I had a great experience! I initially had them come out for a roof inspection and to provide an estimate for fascia that was damaged during recent storms. I appreciated their honesty about the condition of my roof and never felt like they were trying to sell me on work that wasn’t needed. Their estimate for the fascia repair was also very fair compared to other quotes I received. The work was completed as expected, and I’m very happy with the results!

  Can’t say enough good things about this company. After the first storm came through the area the wind took some trim off our house. The day Tim came out to give the estimate on the repair, he informed us he could go back to their facility get the materials and make the repair that day.

  We did our research and Jeff Bergeson showed up for our estimate and wasn’t pushy was very informative and gave the best price. The crew that did our roofing and siding were great - it was during the really bad storms and thankfully there was no damage and the crew was not hurt. They were really respectful of our space.

  Very happy with the service we received for both roof & gutter installations. They were considerate of our landscaping and yard during install and did excellent job cleaning up. Jerrica & Jenna were very sweet & thorough explaining their product & warranty. Both were very caring & wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Couple days after the horrible storm hit in NWI, Tom stopped by our house to make sure we were OK and that our new roof & gutters held up in storm. Everything was fine. He walked our house to make sure, I was very impressed. Thank you for making this process seamless.
