  We would like to build a deck and pergola early spring 2020. We reached out to DMG Exteriors in November of 2019 hoping to get a quote and get on their schedule for an early spring build. Their representative, Larry, came out to our house, took measurements and talked to us for about an hour. He seemed like a really nice man. He asked me to send him some photos of a pergola we were considering. After more two weeks and a phone call to ask about our quote, we received a quote from him that did not make any sense and did not have the parameters we asked for. I then started talking with Damien (I believe he is the owner). He said that he terminated Larry and would handle my quote himself. My last contact with him was on 12/18/19. His email states, "I have sent over the updated measurements to our supplier. As soon as he gets back to me I will update your proposal and send to you. He usually gets back to me same day. Next day worst case scenario. And yes we are absolutely interested in taking on your project." It has been almost 2 months since that email and I have never heard back from him. I guess they just don't need the business?

  I, too, shared the same experience as Margaret. We were hoping to finish our basement ASAP as we need more living space. I contacted DMG Exteriors, Kellie came out quickly and measured. She got our vision & she was awesome! She said we would have a quote within 2 weeks. We finally found our basement people. Unfortunately, COVID-19 understandably put a delay on things. Kellie was laid off. After things in our state and counties started opening up, I reached out to Kellie again. She was still laid off but was nice enough to forward my emails to the CEO, Damien. I updated Damien and he said he would have something over the next day, 2 days tops. Never heard from him... I emailed him again to see if he forgot... he responded that he was backed up and would have something to me by Sunday... that was May 14th. I never heard back from him. I emailed him once more to see if Kellie was back, yet.. I still haven’t received any type of response. After reading Margaret’s review from 3 months ago, I see I’m not the only one who had this experience with Damien at DMG. Bummer because we had cash in hand & were excited to work with them. I understand if you’re busy, but the lack of communication and response is very unprofessional.

  We had asked for an estimate for siding and a deck build. Unfortunately, before we received the estimate, we went with another company & couldn’t back out. We still asked DMG to build the deck. They sent out an estimate for just the deck and the price went up FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. My husband built the deck himself and we figured out that even if we used my husband’s hourly rate (which is in the $40/hr range) it still wouldn’t justify the price DMG was quoting us. When I asked why the estimate jumped so high via email, I didn’t receive a reply. I had asked if they were ok with just building the deck and was assured that they were, so I don’t appreciate the dishonesty.

  My husband and I waited 3 years to find the right professional team with our dream pole barn. Thanks to Damien and his team, we are well on our way. They did prep work and framing so that we could at least have a functioning Garage door on our pole barn. That has happened.

  Damian and project manager were friendly, prompt, and a pleasure doing business with. Damian did a quick patch job to hold us over until they could replace the roof in full; we did not even have to ask, he provided the service on his own. We are truly appreciative for all services that were provided. The crew completed the roof in one day. They were friendly, did a good job, and cleaned up exceptionally well. Thank you to all!

  The team at DMG are absolutely outstanding. I had a large section of facia get blown loose and hanging and banging against the side of the house two floors up. From inside it sounded like a sledgehammer hitting the house. They sent over a team that morning to cut that down and barely a day later, the custom bent facia was completely replaced by their extremely professional, respectful and polite guys. Pricing was clear upfront as well as very fair and reasonable. Extremely respectful of my property with zero mess left behind. I highly recommend!!!

  Damien and his team have been SUCH a blessing these last few months! My husband and I bought our first home recently and they have made every part of the process so much easier.   I am a Property Manager and used DMG for a gutter repair on one of our buildings. They were amazing to work with. Our estimator Evan was very responsive and on top of it! They did an awesome job with the repair as well in a timely manner. We will definitely keep them in mind for the future!
