  Another contractor taking it upon themselves to trespass on my property to advertise their business by leaving trash on my door handle. I will never do business with a company that thinks this type of advertising is acceptable. When asked why they would trespass, they proceeded to tell me that they passed all of this by their lawyers, and their lawyers said they do not have to abide by no soliciting signs- yet he did not know about the purple paint stripe law. It sounds like they need better lawyers. This is just another terrible company with terrible practices treating the law like it doesn't apply to them.

  If you want your new roof install to take longer than 9 days, go with this company. They will even disrupt your neighborhood on Thanksgiving morning while they work, banging and nailing. Very professional. Can't forget how much of a mess they leave each night in front yard and in back yard! Remind me to never use this company!

  Representative came by and was very friendly and helpful. Scheduled an inspection with them after hail damage a couple months ago. Only problem is I rearranged my schedule and took hours out of my day only for them not to show up. Courtesy call if they overscheduled appointments would have been nice. No one has reached out to reschedule. Guess they do enough business that they don’t have to worry about the time of the customer. Should not be my job to track them down for my business.

  Knocks on doors disrupting households. Multiple people walking the neighborhood and were told by multiple people we have no soliciting signs and the continued to walk along the road laughing. I don't need a new roof but when I do I sure as hell won't give this company my money when they clearly can't even read signs. Added to my list just like WeedMan and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to support your company.

  Regretful. We learned the hard way about "Storm Chasers" and Storm Chasing as a business practice, which is well known and strongly condemned by the Roofing Industry.

  I’m so pleased with this company! Andres Diaz And his crew went above and beyond on my roof! They worked non stop through sunshine and rain. I couldn’t say more positive things about him and his crew! I’m so impressed with how quickly they got my full roof replacement finished. Every step of the way I was informed on every detail that was happening on my home. The customer was excellent! They even went to the extra mile and removed damaged gutter grates and helped me with some masonry work! Agent aisana was so helpful and kept me updated every step of the way helping me to choose the right roof to fit my price range and the right roof for my home and the location of my home, which is in a Historic district and a larger older home! I’m so thankful for her, she helped keep the whole process stress free. Without her help and support I would have been lost! She is truly an amazing person who cares. This company and the people that I worked with cared for not only the roof replacement but for my home, me and even my animals! They are literally the roof fairy’s! I came home over night to a new roof! Not one nail in my driveway they left my carport more clean than when they arrived. I couldn’t be more happy and pleased! United roofing company is the only roofing company I would work with from here on out! I would recommend United Roofing Company to anyone looking for work to be done on their roof! They are honest, communication was consistent, and my roof looks amazing!! Definitely the Rolls Royce treatment!!!

  We had really good experience working with Aisana and Andres Diaz. Aisana made sure to answer any questions we had and Andres was following up with the whole process. The roof looks incredible. I definitely will be recommending them

  Fantastic job from estimate to cleanup. Eric was the only estimator from several companies contacted that came a did an on site inspection. It was very thorough using a drone to view our 4-story roof. Also entered the attic to look for issues. The crew was fast and friendly. Did a thorough cleanup using magnets to collect all nails. Protected everything in the surrounding landscaping with tarps. We highly recommend to others and would definitely use them again.

  Our experience with United Roofing was great. Both Nickson and Timothy were very helpful. They did an inspection to identify the damaged shingles needed to be replaced/repaired, and then quickly scheduled to repair them. The price is also reasonable. Will certainly consider them again for future projects.

  Mr. Diaz's crew was very efficient. It took only 9 hours to replace the whole roof and clean up the place. They took pictures of the roof after they were done and the next day Mr. Diaz returned to inspect the work, making sure everything …

  I want to say what a great and efficient job the team,led by Andres Diaz, from United Roofing did with the installation of my new roof. They were there both days on team and were methodical with their work. They kept it cleaned up as they worked and left the grounds spotless. The roof looks fantastic! Highly recommend this team!

  United roofing did a fantastic job on our roof. Nick made whole process very easy, they kept in touch and were very prompt anytime I had a question. The actual replacement with Andres Diaz only took 1 day despite them having to make a few extra repairs. I’d recommend them to anyone that wants a smooth experience!

  I was fortunate enough to have worked with Mark and I was blessed by his presence in my home on each visit. He was kind enough to include my son via video and telephone who was out of the country at the time. He shared with us both videos of the problem and his recommendation enabling us to make an informed decision. The workers made sure they cleaned up after themselves they took extra precautions to prevent damage to my shrubs and property. Mark took extra precautions to make sure there wasn’t damage in my attic. I would highly recommend United Roofing to my friends and family.
