  I don't care if you're the best roofing company on the planet, when your employees cannot follow simple signs that say no soliciting I would never use you. People work from home, have sleeping kids and when they knock or ring doorbells that disturbs our day. There is a very clear sign that says no soliciting and no trespassing so your employee broke both

  Posting for my disabled mother: In the beginning I was working with James, who was great to deal with. He was helpful, responsive, and the process seemed like it was going to go smoothly. However, I later received an email stating that everything would now be handled by a project manager, and that is when things really started going downhill. It took a couple of weeks just to get the roof replacement scheduled. After receiving the email that someone else would be handling the project, I never heard from anyone, so I had to reach out myself to get things moving. Once I contacted them, they finally scheduled the replacement. The actual roof replacement seemed to go well, but the communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating. I was lied to on multiple occasions about what work was being done and when certain things would be completed. I was also told several times that the General Manager would be calling me to discuss the issues I was having, yet I never received a single call. Because of the repeated misinformation, I specifically requested that all correspondence be done through email only. Despite that request, the office staff continued emailing me saying someone would be calling me instead. The calls never happened, but it was still frustrating since I clearly asked for communication in writing. Another issue was getting my Certificate of Completion (COC). I had to request it multiple times before they finally sent it to me. This is something that should have been automatically provided once the work was completed and payment was made. They also charged me hundreds of dollars in credit card fees that were never disclosed ahead of time. There was no itemized invoice explaining the charges. I only got that money refunded after arguing that no one had informed me about those fees. I was told that I “should have been told,” and the charges were removed after what I assume was them realizing that I had never actually been informed. I am disabled

After the storm, our project manager filed your claim, reviewed the insurance scope, and even provided free tarping services to protect your home. The insurance carrier initially approved only a small portion of the work. Our team appealed that decision in hopes of securing a full replacement.   Hi Heather! First and foremost, your review is never an experience that we would want ANY of our clients to have. If there is any work that was promised and not completed, we will always have a paperwork trail of the reasons for this. Typically, a homeowner would have a change form electing to not do said work, or the potential for it to be done by the homeowner by another contractor. We want to resolve this issue and make sure you are taken care of. After an intensive review of all the jobs in our Georgia Location, we cannot find your name anywhere in our system. Please reach out to our office as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue. To your comment about coming to Georgia, we do service Georgia, and we do have a physical location there as well, as we have not just come there to “solicit customers”. We currently have jobs going on every week. If there was ever communication of a lien potentially coming from our office, it is due to the lack of communication on a homeowners side to our office. We will always work out payment options, potential financing, and always help any clients that are in need.   Mrs. Perry, We appreciate your input in on the situation that had happened between our company and your past residence. As you are aware, as the invoice has been paid in full after you have spoken to your insurance company and they verified the entire amount due. There are things that happened that were not disclosed in your initial review. As you know, you signed a complete roof replacement contract with our company and we helped you through the insurance process. The Insurance company then decided what was paid out to us. We finished the roof replacement, and waited final payment. However, we were informed that you sold your residence without informing us, your real estate agent, nor the closing attorney which put the new homeowner in jeopardy of paying the unpaid balance of what you agreed to pay. The company representative you have depicted in your review as a “gang member” is a proud father of 3 incredible boys, and 1 amazing daughter. Which the number 1 has a queens crown above it, and the 3 has a kings crown above it. Please be more diligent of asking questions if you have concerns, and don’t make assumptions of people moving forward. We all know what the good ole saying is about assuming things. We thank you so much for completing your final payment that was due to us as agreed to, without us having to involve the closing attorney, your real estate agent, or the current homeowner.

  Do yourself a favor go somewhere else! The worst customer service ever. I had to call up another company who came out and did the same exact job in less than 24hrs that they would not do in 3 weeks. Forget about having a manager call you back

  Tramekia, we are sorry that you feel this way about your experience with us. We understand your urgency and the importance of timely assistance. Unfortunately, in some cases, we are bound by protocols and procedures that involve us having to wait on a third party. In your case, we did mention that we needed to wait on GAF to assign us your job before we could proceed because you are under a craftsmanship warranty with another roofing. If we were to get on your roof without approval, it could void all of your warranties which we did not want to do for you. If there is anything more we can do to address your concerns or assist you further, please do not hesitate to give us a call!

  I was very nicely approached one day by a man named Buddy Seamon in my yard. Although I was very skeptical at first, I’d like to share my review of the experience. Knowledgeable, very considerate of my concerns and made sure I was cared for. He knew the insurance process and told me after an inspection he knew that he could get me approved by my insurance company and explained the process in detail….Everything happened exactly the way he said it would. The work was done right and done fast. I love my new Roof! Thank you Buddy and Brazen Roofing. You made this so easy and definitely exceeded my expectations.

  Blayne was the person who quoted a job to replace 3,000 fasteners on my metal roof and replace a piece of missing fascia. . I had a lot of quotes and after planning to use another company, I went back to the drawing board four months later and asked for quotes from three companies with Brazen updating their bid. I’m so glad it worked out the way it did. All bids were very close, so Brazen got the job due to the salesman, Blayne. It was a great decision. They are quick to communicate and answer any questions.

  I would highly recommend Brazen Roofing for any of your roofing needs. I just had a new roof installed and the quality of the workmanship of the crew was phenomenal. They finished in one day and did an amazing job cleaning up and putting everything back into place. Buddy Seamon, the project manager explained the process from beginning to end and was very attentive to my needs and thoroughly answered all questions. Buddy offered exceptional service and even returned a few days after installation to put his personal touch and spray painted the roof vents to match the roof as well as install gutter guards.   The crew was great! Prompt, courteous, kept us informed us informed, and cleaned up good. But it wouldn’t be if it wasn’t for Juan Salced! He is honest, upfront and didn’t make false promises, like many other roofing companies. My insurance company was a joke, and Juan stayed positive and helped us stay the course.
