  literally told me that they would come and look at my roof and I let her the person know prior to the phone call about how it was a new home and they told me a day before or on the weekend that I no longer can do an appointment and get a quote through Monarch roofing do to it being a new build I would not suggest this place at all because they will waste your time…….

  I would love to give a great review but you won’t even come to my vacation rental to check on leak unless I travel 1,000 miles to be there and meet with you. Why can’t my caretaker meet you there? With all the vacation rentals at the beach with owners not nearby you are unable to help us?

  They have the wrong number, but they keep calling anyway. It's multiple calls a day for days at a time, and whenever you ask them to stop, they just hang up.

  Requested an estimate via the messenger function on Google for Monarch Roofing. Got a canned text for my name and address. Was ghosted and never got any other communication. Highly disappointed!

  I am giving this company 2 stars because parts of my experience were good, but the issues I encountered, especially with communication and refund handling, were significant enough to prevent a higher rating. My initial appointment with Jacob went very well, and every interaction I had with Abby was professional, responsive, and helpful. Abby consistently tried to assist and follow up, and I appreciated her efforts. Unfortunately, my experience with the project manager, Justice, was disappointing. He handled our communication through text messages. I believe I only spoke twice with him in person and the first was to introduce himself. I specifically asked him to speak with me before leaving for the day to explain a photo regarding bracing and to clarify what the issue was. He did not take the time to do so and instead texted me. The crew finished my roof at dusk and into darkness using flashlights and cell phone lights. When I asked a worker if they could see well enough, I was told they could “see good enough.” This was not reassuring, and I would have preferred the work be completed in full daylight. They also had to clean up the nails etc. in the dark. Also, a concern since I have dogs. The largest issue, and the primary reason for the 2-star rating, was the handling of my refund. I was owed $3,074, which I was told by Jacob would be refunded within 2–3 weeks of roof completion. The roof was finished on 11/5/25, meaning I should have received the refund by 11/26/25. I did not. Over several weeks, I made multiple calls to Monarch and was repeatedly given conflicting information about who handled refunds. I was told a check would be issued, then it wasn’t, transferred to incorrect contacts, and left waiting without follow-up calls. Eventually, I was told by Kaylan to pick up a check on December 22. I deposited it, only to be notified by my bank on December 24 that the check was returned as worthless, and my account was debited the full $3,074. This left me short tha

  Waste of time. If you want to be talked at and talked over, speak with Rebecca and her "Supervisor". Not only would she not listen to me so I could explain my situation, I couldn't get my questions answered. It was a swift "No". Such great customer service and support.

  Monarch did an amazing job from the estimate through installation. Logan went inside the attic spaces to physically inspect for damages and was very professional and knowledgeable. His recommendations were excellent and helped us to lower the pricing a bit. On installation day, Daniel, project manager, and Pedro, workers lead, went above and beyond. They worked soooo hard, diligently removing old roofing, repairing damages, and installing air vents, and shingles. They even sealed and cleaned our chimney while up there. They were super humble hard working team. They got the job done in 1 day from start to finish. I really appreciate their hard work and felt we paid for a phenomenal service. Thank you.

  Everyone that we worked with was great. The guys that did the roof are excellent. Abby and Johnny were great to work with. The way the project manager sent me pictures of the work kept us informed. Would recommend Monarch! Austyn was our project manager. I forgot to mention him by name. He was great to work with.

  Austyn Bostwick was my service consultant this morning. He came for a very small repair job! Even though my repair was not large he made the repairs that were needed! I want to thank you for sending someone out to do a repair of this minute size! It shows that your company and your field personnel take care of the little things that could later lead to bigger things! He was very professional and explained to me In Detail as to why I was having this problem! It was refreshing to see a young man with this knowledge and his kindness! Thank you very much for the help you have given me! I will surely recommend to my neighbors should we need roof maintenance or replacement!
