  They charged us $2k to “fix” the flashing on our roof around the chimney. The next storm we had rain inside the house and major water damage. I called and no one has called me back in 2 weeks. We had another company come review the damage and the water inside was caused by the “repair”. They cut the sheet metal on our roof and left a gaping hole. They caused more damage than the original flashing.

  United Roofing lives up to the 5-Star rating!!! From beginning to end answered every question I had and made what I thought would a stressful process actually enjoyable. Called to ask if I could borrow a strong magnet to get any stray nails in the yard but found out they came out that morning and did an additional nail sweep AFTER the job was done! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! Thanks United!!!

  When I thought it was time for a new roof, my first call was to United Roofing. I knew one of their Sales Reps/Project Managers; J. Paul Teel from years ago. I knew he was honest and trustworthy, and therefore, I would get an honest evaluation of my roof. He arrived right on time for our first appointment and did a thorough inspection and found previous hail damage on several areas and also on the vent stacks, gutters and wind turbines. He suggested I call my insurance company. It turns out that the damage was covered. J. Paul helped guide my wife and I through the entire process. He was always available for questions via phone or texting and got back to me in a timely manner. He also made himself available the day the Insurance Adjuster came in case he had any specific questions. Within 2 days of insurance approval, J. Paul had a contract ready for us and explained it in detail. Within 2 weeks after that (due to several rain delays) the roof was installed. The day of the job, J. Paul was here bright and early to get the crew off to a good start. He also checked in on the job 3-4 more times that day until the crew left for the night. The job lasted one full day and only required a couple hours the 2nd day and 2 roofers to finish up. It looks fantastic, and I've already had compliments from my neighbors. In conclusion, if you think you need a new roof, look no further than United Roofing and ask for J. Paul Teel if you want honesty and integrity!!

  We had United Roofing and Sheetmetal put on a new roof today. We were very pleased with the whole process. J. Paul Teel was the sales representative and he did a great job. The crew led by Chato was very professional. He and his crew caught things USAA had not been able to see. They also protected the gardens and areas around the house and cleaned up so well that other than the new roof you wouldn’t know they were here. We have used United before and have always been pleased with their work. If you need a new roof or repairs give them a call.

  I do not normally do this, but my roofing experience this week was so phenomenally positive that I have to share that United Roofing and Sheetmetal, Inc. is a solid contender in the roofing world.  The price, customer service, the communications, and quality of work was superior.   I do not know anyone personally, nor have relatives in this company, I am just genuinely so happy to have had such a positive customer/client experience when dealing with such a large home investment.

  My husband and I are very pleased to recommend United Roofing, and Silas Moore, for your roofing needs. The presentation was professional and informative. The before pictures were very helpful in making our decision. All agreements, pricing, and warranties were explained up front, and with no hidden fees or changes. The project was completed on time and follow-up inspection, by Silas, was handled the same day.

  Do yourself a favor. United roofing stands behind their work from start to finish. Ive been in the property management business for 48 years. Paul and Kevin know what there doing and from a marginal perspective its best to get it done right. You get what you pay for.
