  I'd love to leave a valid review but after calling twice on two separate days I'm on hold for 10 minutes each while a recording says your "receptionist is on another call." I can only assume you're not taking new bids.

  I contacted this company because I needed my roof replaced and I observed they were highly reviewed, and I wanted a reputable business doing the work. I called the company and requested an estimate to have my roof replaced. I provided my information and was told a project manager would be in touch with me soon (their intake questions include asking if it is an insurance claim). I was contacted the same day, in a timely manner, and we began setting up a day and time to have an estimate done. The PM (project manager) asked if I had a few moments to go over some things and I said I did. He asked to confirm I was requesting an estimate under an insurance claim and I acknowledged that I was. I advised that I wanted an estimate from them that I could review, before I shared my insurance estimate. At this point the tone of the conversation changed to a robotic autopilot of just checking off a block. I was told since it's an insurance claim, I am shopping for a contractor that I liked and not the price. He went on to lecture about strict insurance laws, (which I am familiar with especially concerning the deductible), because he mentioned my deductible could not be waived and the insurance company is set with their estimate and would not accept less. I felt like this was a redundant speech given many times before, knowing there was guaranteed money for the job. This raised a red flag with me and I contacted him a few moments later cancelling our appointment. He apologized and asked for my feedback. I advised him that I was not happy with his tone concerning his focus on an insurance claim. It came across to me as he knew it was guaranteed money and probably a little more. I was doing what my insurance company advised me to do, and I did not feel that my concerns or best interests were being considered or would be put first. I wanted an honest estimate that I could compare and consider for hiring. I know that companies can offer coupons to help with deductibles

  They did a fantastic job on our roof. The staff was courteous and respectful of our property. They cleaned up all the nails nightly when they left. The job they did was top quality and our roof looks fantastic.

  Great job with roof replacement from hail storm. Easy to work with and protected plants and pool during the entire job. Attention to detail is outstanding. Cleaned up every day and I have not seen a single nail or piece of metal. I would recommend Done Right for any job big or small. Made the insurance easy to work with.0

  After a new roof was installed by a bad roofer, I was concerned about rainwater and mold that appeared in my garage. I asked Bill Silvey who was highly recommended to inspect. He carefully walked my roof and took many photos of poor installation by the original roofer. Bill even approved what was later done as repairs. He was knowledgeable and very helpful.

  Bill and the team at Done Right Roofing replaced my roof recently and I couldn’t be happier! The whole process was fast and easy! They took care to keep everything protected and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Done Right Roofing if you are looking for repairs or a new roof!

  We used Done Right Roofing recently to replace our hail damaged roof and could not be happier with the result. The roof looks great and their crew was highly professional and efficient. Bill Silvey is great to work with and his attention to detail is outstanding. He communicates with his customers very well and on a regular basis. He did all the coordination with the insurance company, which is a huge plus. All in all, I could not dream of a better experience. I have recommended Done Right to a number of other people and most have used them and were also pleased. So, I unhesitatingly and wholeheartedly recommend them to you.

  This is not your ordinary roofing company. They pay attention to detail, go out of their way to fix any problems, work with the insurance companies to get you the best possible roof and fight for you to get the upgrades necessary. The process is very transparent, bill stopped by and showed me exactly where the damages were from the hail. He also didn't pressure me into getting it replaced. It did take some time to schedule, procure materials and get it done, but I'm very happy with the results. I'd highly recommend this company for anyone in the Austin area. Edit: I paid the company an extra $1000, and they called me to point it out and sent back a refund check. That's very nice of them and adds another star to their business!
