  Aggieland Roofing installed the roof about 3 years ago on the house we bought in August. The roof started leaking around the chimney and I was told that they didn't do that part of the roof, just the shingles, so there is no warranty. That makes no sense to me but whatever, just let me know what needs to be done to stop the leak. I was told they would get me a bid for the repairs. 3 days later we get a massive storm and I'm still drying out the carpet from the roof leak. No response or bid or concern from anyone at Aggieland Roofing. I called a different company, they showed up that morning and did the repairs quick and cheap. Don't know how good the repairs are until the next storm, but at least they showed up and did something.

  We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we hear all of your concerns. We were honest from the beginning that your roof is under warranty but we did not complete any chimney work, which is the source of your leak. Our roofing specialist did conduct an inspection and a proposal was emailed to you the next day. We can see from our system that the email “soft bounced” from your email address. We apologize that we did not catch this sooner.   Rainy Night ~ boy, was I surprised to see her on TV selling roofs. She and her (then) partner leased our land to run cattle some years back. They never did anything outlined in the lease except use up our resources. They didn’t fix fence; didn’t mow or treat weeds; their cattle gave our cows ringworm; they only checked their cows and ours a couple times a month; and when we finally got them off our land they rolled out bales of old hay they left and made a mess in our hay meadow instead of taking the bales with them. If her business builds roofs like they care for cows and Texas land ... well, you decide.

  I live in the landmark apartments on longmire and today (June 9th 2022 at 3:25pm) I had some family over for visitation my niece went to walk to Walmart and came back … on the way back from Walmart she was loudly catcalled by several people who were working (SHE’S A MINOR, age 14) she came home feeling soo uncomfortable by these men she was crying!!! Not to mention they continually watched her walk to my apartment and full force stare into my apartment watching us as they are DRINKING ON THE JOB!!! They are using mechanical Machines while drinking… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I’m more upset that my 14 YEAR OLD niece was being harassed by these GROWN MEN.

  Dallas please call our office tomorrow at 979-704-3266 and ask for Rayne the owner. We had a woman actually on the roofing crew and we were videoing all day and will not tolerate any bad behavior or lack of professionalism. Dallas, we posted our original response yesterday. We have not heard from you in the office yet, and our owner would very much like to speak with you--she would never ignore such a serious complaint. We did reach out to the office at Landmark, but they have no record of you as a tenant, so we have no way to find you. Please call our office as soon as possible.

  Dustin was great. Quickly identified source of issue and did temporary repair until a more permanent fix could be done. He previously fixed a leak at another house for us that a different company couldn't fix.

  I can’t say enough about how easy the process was to get our new roof. Manny, was a true pleasure to work with and the company helped us get the insurance to cover it all.   Aggieland roofing has put two roofs on my parents home and one on my rental in College Station. Dustin went above and beyond for me. He is honest, responsive , and most of all available. The company itself always communicated in a timely manor and if something was not done up to their standard, they were responsive and took care of it.

  This company has done roofs and gutters for some of our employees! Fantastic people. They are Aggie owned and operated, great at what they do, kind, courteous, and do a fantastic job. Owner called us personally to thank us for our business and wanted to make sure everything was done to 100% satisfaction. Adam Dodson did a great job managing the job and he is very responsive at what he does, Manny from their company also a great guy. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Brazos Valley or beyond for their roofing needs! Never had anyone say anything negative about them. They support Aggie Athletics also. Just great, great people. Thank you Aggieland Roofing!

  Aggieland Roofing did an outstanding job repairing my roof leak. They explained the process well, and they answered my many questions throughout the process. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism of all their personnel. I highly recommend using them when you have a roof problem.

  The main reason I gave you 5 stars is your entire team and management was always available when I had questions and needed clarification. And from what I can see, the roof has been installed perfectly. As I said in my email to Autumn, "lets see what happens during the next rain storm". Unfortunately you don't have an option for 4.5 stars, and I bet you know why I say that. But it was a 4.6 or 4.7 anyway, so 5 is more than fair.
