  Better hope they don’t cause a roof leak because they’ll never fix it, despite all their warranties and guarantees. Three months of rescheduling before outright ignoring us.

  I used united home experts from the Northshores best picks, to install a windowsill and window replacement in Saugus ma, I quickly realized after I signed the contract it was a mistake, I felt like with the$ I had to put down, the customer service should have been a lot better and the time frame was not as expected. The salesman was great( of course he’s a salesman) he reassured me that I would receive experience, expertise and professionalism, thats what came with the price..the workers who installed the window were sub par, they did send a guy out to check on the workers he was also sub par, not really professional at all, for the amount of money I paid I expected a lot more,I expected experience expertise and professionalism, didn’t receive that.I cannot recommend this company.

  It was great to work with Nik Carlson. He was punctual, friendly, and informative. He carefully reviewed the options I had available for a couple of windows that needed repair. He even recommended and contacted someone who could do this relatively small job. I was very impressed with Nik.

  David was a great project mgt and answered all my questions and concerns about the project. Loved the follow up after the installation as it helped me very much. The prompt replies and follow ups were really very helpful and informative. Great customer service and I’d do more projects with them as needed
