Mike did a good job in explaining what we would need to replace our basement windows and presenting their product. However, it felt like a high pressure sales job. I had to decide on the spot in order to get the best price. In addition, the price dropped several times over the 2 hours and 15 minutes he was at my house. He called his boss several times and mysteriously the price would drop again. He even asked me to leave a review on his sales presentation while he was standing there! What??? In looking at many of their other reviews, this appears to be one of their tactics. Then I got a phone call a couple of days later offering an even better deal if they could come back out. Needless to say, we are not going with this company as we are uncertain why they just couldn’t give us a fair price from the beginning and they wasted so much of our time with a lot of back and forth.

Hi Janet, It appears this review may have been intended for a different company. We do not employ anyone by the name Mike, nor do we install windows. If this was an honest mistake, we kindly ask you to remove it.

From start to finish, Cesar and his Team were so organized. I noticed they took pictures of my property before starting the roof so they would leave it as they found it when the roof was completed. The roof looks great! The DaSilva Team did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the debris from replacing the roof. Cesar was very easy to work with, explained everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend DaSilva Roofing. Thank you Cesar for making this such an easy process!!! 😊

Had a relatively small roof repair needed and obtained three bids. Cesar DaSilva came out and was the only contractor who seemed more interested in determining where the leak was coming from. He explained in detail what he was going to do. …

It was a pleasure working with Cesar and his crew. They were very thoughtful about protecting all the landscaping and flower beds as they worked. They stripped, repaired sheathing and reshingled my roof in three days. Great people to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing work.

I would highly recommend DaSilva Roofing to everyone. Cesar was a pleasure to deal with. He took a look at the roof and told us exactly what he would do and why. He and his team were here when they said they would be. They took the time to do it right and the price was less than we were expecting.

We had a leak after the late May rainstorm, and after contacting a local roofer, who told me he would be over in one week to fix the problem. He never showed up, and after more than a few calls, he never bothered to return our calls or …

I’d like to thank Cesar and his team for a job that went above my expectations. I initially called because we had an air vent that was potentially leaking. He came out and installed a new one. My roof wasn’t that old but there were a lot of …

Cesar and his team stripped the old roof, installed 2 new skylights and replaced the roof in one day. There was no debris left behind once they had left. I'm very happy with the outcome of the project. Would recommend to anyone in need of roof replacement!
