Our roof installation went seamlessly. Crew was organized and very communicative. Our grounds were left in the same condition as prior to the install. All in all very efficient and well done.

Len Gibely Contracting was hired to reroof our 21 unit townhouse condominium complex. Brian, the owner, came in with a very good, fair price. The crew came in and in just about 2 weeks completed the project. The people who worked on the project were great. They were very accommodating to the owners, friendly and easy to have around. Parking is tight here but with the owners cooperation, and Brian’s timely notification to each unit owner there was remarkably little disruption. Heavy rains came right after the job was done and the roofs and gutters performed beautifully. There was only one small change order (less than .3% of the contract price). The materials the installers needed were on the site in a timely manner. The site was at all times neat and clean. The coordination and workmanship was superb.

We had a great experience with Len Gibely and with Brian Dobbins right from the get go. We had a huge bay window that needed replacement. The old window was constructed as a bay window but was put together from 3 parts. Now we actually have a real humungous bay window. Carpenters that work there are amazing, just a different level, from covering everything inside and outside to how they worked and cleanup just a pleasure to see. Ended up we had rotted siding around the window as well and we got that replaced as well. Overall price was very reasonable and it was done quickly. The teamwork there I have never seen before from cleanup crews to carpenters to siding and roofing is like I said a whole different level. We will definitely hire them again.

Had a great experience from roof quote to completion of roof replacement. Everyone I interfaced with was informative, responsive and professional. The crew on-site were productive and considerate with my concern regarding landscape. Little details regarding ice dam concerns were addressed and had the chimney re flashed which looks awesome. No damage to plantings and clean up was excellent. I am happy to recommend Len Gibley for your project.

Len Gibley Contracting recently completed a full renovation of the exterior shell of the house and detached barn. We replaced the siding, trim windows, roof, rebuilt the sill, some framing and constructed a new deck. All low maintenance materials, including Azek Trim, Hardie Board siding, metal roof, composite deck and railings. Brian and his crews were professional and courteous. All communication and responses to questions were timely and helpful. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Everything about them was great ! Scheduling was easy. Completed work in 1 day, and there was repair work that was also needed, and 2 types of roofs, asphalt and rubber. Clean up was immaculate, they protected the area, and concentrated one area for trash. Everyone was kind, friendly to talk with. You can put your trust in them. I am looking to have them do my next projects, My windows need them.

I've used Len Gibely contracting for replacing my roof at both my primary residence and rental home. Before selecting them I did call a few references and one of my neighbors had used them as well. All feedback was positive. They spend time up front during the inspection and quoting process to make sure there are no surprises and to explain options for the work. They take care of all the required permitting and coordination with utilities, and there was good communication with the office for scheduling. Work was completed in both situations to my satisfaction, especially happy with the work to replace the front rake and parts of the siding with Azak. They followed-up after the work was completed to ensure everything was done correctly, and even fixed a side porch stair post cover that had been inadvertently broken. I would highly recommend them.
