I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the lack of action taken by Melo's Construction LLC regarding the ongoing roof leak issue at our location. Despite the assurances and promises to resolve the matter, no concrete steps have been taken, and the situation remains unresolved after 6 months. It is regrettable that despite multiple attempts to reach a resolution and your commitment to address the issue, we find ourselves in a position where we must pursue alternative avenues for recourse. Your failure to uphold the terms of the warranty and rectify the persistent leaks has resulted in substantial damage to our property and financial losses.

I needed a quote for a new deck. Someone from Melo's construction came out on 4/30/18 and took measurements. They said they would send me a quote in 2 days but I never heard back. Not sure why someone would come out and waste my time

Told me he was going to stop by my house last week to take a look at the job but he didn't and never called back. Very unprofessional.

I recently had a front porch with a gable roof put on by Melo’s Construction. Melo’s employees worked long and hard and did an excellent job! I’ve had so many people stop by to compliment me on how it looks. I’d refer them to everyone.☺️

Melo’s has done two projects for me recently - building a garage and redoing my roof and I am so happy with the work. The crew is professional and meticulous - and the results were top-quality craftsmanship. I cannot recommend Melo’s enough. Nick, the owner, is knowledgeable and professional, and always responsive. 10/10 recommend!

We hired Melo construction to redo the wood shingle siding on our house. They were responsive, committed to their dates and completed the work as scheduled. Very nice people and I will call them for our next project.

Thanks soo much for all your help. We appreciate your patience with all our questions and concerns. I’ll tell you first that we were impressed with your crew. They got after it right away and you can see they take pride in their work. And we know it’s a busy time a year for roofers but you definitely stood out compared to others. Keep doing what you are doing. Great job

Melo's is A+! Quality work. The employees are very knowledgeable and know their craft. These are NOT your Home Depot contractors! I have used Melo's for my roof, trim, and skylights. This team is superb. I'm so glad I chose Melo's!!!!!

This contractor is honest and reliable. His prices are very reasonable compared to other quotes I received from other roofing contractors. I had them replace (3) roofs. They did an outstanding job! This is why I gave them 5 stars!!!!!! I would highly recommend Melo's Construction for your roof repairs or replacement.
