  I received a new roof in October. The price was reasonable and the workers were friendly. After that, I am very disappointed with the project. My house/yard were left a mess. I’ve had other new roofs put in on prior homes and the yard was not left this way. I had a new driveway and the trucks leaked oil. The worst part is the physical roof is not well done. There is rotting in the rakeboards that was not fixed. Some of the shingles look very sloppy. And the flashing L is not sealed properly around the entire house which is now becoming a problem. Very frustrated with such a pricey job.

  Unfortunately we had a bad experience after rain storm we realized we had a leak. We asked around and castle roofing was highly recommended. My husband set up appt. last wed at 2 and no one showed up or called and he lost half day of work, let a message at office finally Leo reached out set up appt for sat am at 1030 no show again no call. Brian did reach out wed and said if leo dont show call me but why should I have to call.

  They destroyed our garden,broke 50$ worth of lights and left broken Glass and nails on our porch

  I love my new roof by A.C.Castle. Initially Brian spent time with me explaining materials, process, and warranties. Onsite, Leo explained the work to be accomplished each day. (We had two serious rain delays.) All workers were courteous, friendly and efficient. Jessica in the office was always most helpful and kept me informed of material delivery and answered any questions I had. It was a pleasure to work with everyone. at A, C. Castle.

  The estimate was scheduled quickly, estimate given on the spot, and the work was scheduled promptly as well. They took the chimney down below the roofline, along with other old unused vents, boarded it up, and added a ridge vent. Everything was done well and few questions were addressed with no issues.

  The experience of working with A.C. Castle exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Brian was knowledgeable and thorough in his estimation and explanation of the project. Scheduling was prompt with minimal lead time needed. And the on site team was fabulous. They cleaned up meticulously each day, were mindful of our landscaping and deck, and finished in lightening speed. I highly recommend A.C. Castle for your roofing needs.

  I called Brian at A.C.Castle Roofing. He got back to me promptly and actually set up an appointment for the next day. He got here exactly on time. After looking at the roof, he determined that I probably had another 5 to 7 years before I needed to replace it. I did have somebody contact me earlier in the week and told me a lot of salesman will probably try to upsell me but just from his Google map view he said he could probably do it for $15,000 to get back to him after I know what I want to do. I asked Brian if I were to replace it today what’s his estimate and he said in the range of $6,000- $7000 - I was so floored by his reasonable estimate that I was tempted to say let’s do it, but I had to remind myself that he said I had at least another five years, possibly seven before I needed to worry about it. All I can say is do not do your roof without consulting Brian first at A.C. Castle Roofing!

  We recently had A.C. Castle Roofing out for the removal of the chimney above the roof line which included framing out the hole, closing it up and re-roofing that flat section of the roof. It was done swiftly and looks great and they did a great job with cleanup as well. A.C. Castle Roofing had done our entire roof back in 2015 which was a really good experience between getting the quote, being guided through the process of deciding which shingles etc. and the install. They explained exactly what my roof needed. The crew was great, the work was completed on time, all debris was removed, no nails left behind. We needed their services for removing a skylight a few years back and that was also done well and quick. In the 11 years that we had the roof, we needed 2 little things fixed. Brian responded quickly every time and came out to take care of it at no charge. We are very pleased with our experience with A.C. Castle Roofing and will definitely use them for all our future roofing needs.

  As a residential homeowner, I have worked with AC Castle three times over the past decade with three separate roof installations. The team has great customer service and Brian (President) personally met with me at my house recently at 6:30am to discuss a concern I had on my roof installed several years ago. Brian spent time explaining the situation and provided practical solutions. The recent roof work I had done looks excellent and no corners were cut. I can always rely on AC Castle for top customer service, advisement, and quality long term work. I would highly recommend.

  I just recently had our roof, flat roof and chimneys redone by A.C. Castle. A.C. Castle quoted me the best price and was able to provide me valid proof of General Liability and Workers' Compensation Coverage. Once the job was complete, I received my Warranty Documents. A.C. Castle's staff was professional and courteous and they did an excellent job at the end of each day with cleanup! They even ensured that the neighboring properties were clean, as well. I highly recommend A.C. Castle.

  I cannot say enough about this company, it's employee and owner Brian What started out as a roof replacement became a friendship. Their work was impeccable and right to the quote. Fast, clean, you would never know a roofing crew had been at our house when they were done. Over the years if we lost a shingle or two due to awful New England weather, he was always there buttoning up our roof and maintaining it's value. Years ago when that huge storm hit this area ( literally tearing the roof of a hotel on the back-shore) he came over to our house literally in a storm to fix what was happening to ours. Years later when a family member was ill and in Boston during that surge of bad winter weather in 2013, he again came when the violent winds did damage. Brian never questioned anything when he knew there was an emergency at our home and fixed it beautifully and fast - before any long term damage could be done. It isn't just a good roofing company, it's one of those rare companies that cares about their customers one on one and treats you so well and so kind. I could not recommend these guys enough. They are truly the best and was one of the best decisions we made years ago for our home.

  A.C. Castle replaced my roof and gutters. The owner, Brian, was very experienced and thoroughly explained the options available. He was very easy to communicate with and worked with me to schedule the work when it worked for me. His crew were polite, hardworking and did a great job. There was about 3 feet of snow around my house and when they finished clean up you’d never know they were there. If you’re looking for an experienced, professional and knowledgeable team to work on your home give them a call.
