Unique Roofing provided top notch service from start to finish. Louis promptly responded to my enquiry and provided detailed information on the condition of our roof. They changed the roof, skylight, eavestroughs and downspouts. They were on-time on the day they were going to do the roof and protected the deck and the windows with tarp and plywood. They finished on-time and throughly cleaned the area. I highly recommend them for any type of roofing service.

I got to know Unique roofing via AI. It's response is quik when I called them. When I met Louis - the owner I know immediately he is the right guy. It happened he has done number of my neighbor ' s roofing too. I replace all the items on my roofing including singles, sofit, wrapping up side boards all around, estrove with leaf guard and downspouts and pots light on the roof. During its installation, I found that his team, are professional, responsible, working with displines that i am satisfied in every aspects. The only thing that they can improve is that after the singles were replaced, more smooth coordination works follow up the rest of the project can be toned more smoothly 😉. Well done to the teams of 4 key orchestrated by Luis. Now my house is well standing out of the street day and night shining ✨️ Godwin

Yashar helped out when my roof had an ice dam problem. He arrived quickly and worked to clear the ice and snow plus gave me tips on how to prevent this from happening again. Very grateful to him for his knowledge and expertise!

I recently hired Louise - unique Roofing Ltd. to repair my roof and clean the eavestroughs, I couldn’t be happier with the results. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Louise took the time to explain what needed to be done, was very informative throughout the process, and made sure everything was completed properly. His pricing was also very fair compared to other quotes I received. I highly recommend him for any roofing or eavestrough work. I will definitely be using him again in the future.
