Kevin did a quick repair to a few shingles and flashing around an exhaust vent. He quickly identified the issue, fixed it and then spotted another area that needed some attention. Answered my numerous questions and also secured 2 of our downspouts. It was a small job but there was no sense of hesitation from him to attend to it and zero attempt to add in any additional work that was not needed, which I appreciated.
