⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my roof replaced by 3S Roofing, and I'm very happy with the experience. Rio was professional, transparent, and took the time to answer all my questions. He accommodated my requests to upgrade the roof with 3 ft ice & water shield, full synthetic underlayment, and pre-painted metal valleys, and ensured everything was clearly included in the contract. The crew arrived on time, completed the job in a single day, and left the property clean after a thorough magnetic nail sweep and eavestrough cleanup. The finished roof looks great, and the workmanship is excellent. Rio also provided a written 15-year workmanship warranty, giving me added peace of mind. I would highly recommend Rio and the team at 3S Roofing to anyone looking for quality roofing work at a fair price.

Highly recommend 3S Roofing for their excellent communication and highly skilled crew. Rio was very responsive and knowledgeable. We have a flat roof balcony that had to be replaced and a a gazebo that needed new shingles. The crew had the skill to take care of both and was very detailed.

Rio and his team are outstanding from start to finish. Our roof was replaced a few years ago and I had an issue a few days ago after a heavy rainfall that Rio fixed the next day. I highly recommend Rio and his team!

Quick and quality work. My downspouts had broken due to the ice build up in and around the gutters, I called Rio, he gave me a quote quickly with reasonable price and started the job next day even though the weather was terrible. They even installed de-icing cables in my downspouts. The team that came was very professional and helpful. I was happy with the service! Would fully recommend. Thank you Rio and team.
