  I called Jacky about the replacement of Eavestrough on my house. He said he will call me back in 10 mins because he was driving...it's been two days and I haven't received a call back. I will take my business elsewhere if this is how you conduct business.

  They "estimate:" and its widely incorrect, using Google Maps, don't waste your time. They also try to scam you with "free financing" but tack on 10% to the price (the Interest) This is not customer service they like to brag about, its called being lazy Edit : This had nothing to do with price, the very fact that there was no onsite inspection, and the the dimensions listed were incorrect, lead me to this conclusion.

  Dear Ed. Your home has a complicated roof situated in the city of Toronto. We price our projects in-line with the nature of the work to be completed. So in your case - the roof replacement price is going to be higher than the average roof, no matter who you go with. We do not use Google Maps to quote our projects. We have special roofing estimate software that we use to accurately measure roofs and then quote as a result of the measurements. As for financing - our customers have the choice to pay for the roof in full or finance with small monthly payments. If they choose to finance - there are extra costs involved with that option. Again, it's an option that works for some people that can't afford to pay for their roof in full all at once, you aren't forced to go with it. The fact that you mention the word "scam" in your review as a result of you not liking the quote we provided is extremely unfair and disrespectful. C Plus Roofing is an honest company that provides our customers with an excellent product and workmanship at a fair price. You are not our customer. We gave you the quote you asked for. Just because you didn't like the price or financing offer, you should not have left this unfair 1 star review and aggressive wording. If you consider yourself a good person, you will remove this review ASAP.

  Don't trust this guy , all 5star review are fake not answer the phone also , not reliable person., Once he gives me a estimate I called several times ., Don't give any advance deposit my personal opinion please stay away from this company, very very bad experience.........

  Dear Salim. You have posted several false reviews to our Google page now. Please remove them. We have already engaged with our lawyer on this matter and will proceed according to their recommendations. We never did any work on your roof, and we never took a deposit from you. In fact, we don't take deposits from any homeowner. We only take payment after starting or completing our work.

  Parts of my roof blew up. I called them several times. Left messages. Sent them text. They did not even respond when i needed them. I got somebody else to fix it. Because of the good reviews i called C Plus Roofing again a few weeks later. They told me they were very busy. I wanted an estimate for a complete new roof. They promised me within a week i would get it but never came back to me so i gave my business to another company. How on earth can they have such good reviews? They have an attitude problem and lack of customer service.

  There is no possible way these reviews are all correct. These guys won't answer their phone. They request texting only but won't answer their text. Scheduled an appointment with them and they didn't show up. Didn't even call to let me know. I took 3 days off work waiting for these guys after they keep pushing it off. but nothing. I can only imagine their workmanship and quality of they can't even do something as simple as keeping a scheduled appointment.

  How is this company rated so high? Just like the previous review, they wont answer the phone and they stop texting altogether after giving me a quote. All I wanted to do was schedule an appointment, the least you could do is let people know when you can or cannot make it.

  Don't bother calling. I called and asked for someone to come give me a quote. They told me they'll be there "sometime this week". I told them I needed the quote by Friday, as I was waiting on Insurance and I had to compare pricing. Never showed up, never called. Waste of time.

  Absolutely stellar experience! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish—they were responsive, polite, and always happy to answer my questions.   Today we had our eavestroughs, soffits and fascia installed. Prior to, I got many quotes for my project and Jacky and the team at c plus were the cheapest I found while still using high quality, Canadian brand materials. I trusted to go ahead with our project after meeting him it was clear he was very experienced and knowledgeable. He was professional and communicative throughout the project. There was a small dent I noticed that he promptly addressed without hesitation during the install. They left the site clean and went above and beyond modernizing our home. I can only say positive things so far and trust if I come across any issues he will address as he provided a 5 year warranty certificate.

  Recently I had my complete entire roof Shingles and accessories parts replaced by C Plus Roofing Inc, which includes Attic Vents, Soffits, Gutter with leaf guard feature, roof exhaust pipe fittings replacement for a truly reasonable price and quick Service completed within 10 Hours same day. This is my second time using roofing services from "Jacky" of C Plus Roofing Inc, after having been extremely satisfied with his roofing services the first time earlier some years before. For this project though, initially I had intended to only have some of my roof shingles repaired due to some blown shingles, and some lifted shingles caused by the strong Toronto winds. But at the back of my mind, I can't bear the thought of having a leaky roof during the coming winter months, with no contractor willing to come deal with leaky roof issues in the winter. What is worse is that the water damage could end up costing more than 2 times the price of replacing the entire roof shingles and all parts, if water happens to seep into the attic below and the ceilings of those rooms underneath. What I liked the most about C Plus Roofing Inc is that "Jacky" and his team is very honest, trustworthy, and understanding in his dealing with his customers and he answers all the questions and concerns a customer may have. He also explains any potential replacement or installation charges, if anything is found to be in need of replacement during the installation of entire roof shingles and parts accessories, so we don't have any hidden surprise fees at the end of the project. I also must add that the before and after drone photos of my roof sent to my phone were really satisfying to watch, and is an added peace of mind. Upon completion of the project, the team ensured that everything and the areas has been cleaned up nicely and that nothing is left behind messy or dirty. True professional contractor like none other. Highly recommended for any roofing repairs or new installation/replacement.

  Highly recommended, A++ Roofing guy, quality work, punctual, easy to communicate, open to suggestions and ideas, reasonable quotation, and does what has been promised. My townhouse master bedroom had leaks coming from ceiling after the last heavy storm wind and snow, and i thought we had roof leaks. So i called several roofers i could find nearby but most of them didn't care to pick up their phone or quoted ridiculous price just to come and check if my roof had leaks. Only Mr Jacky from C Plus Roofing quoted me a reasonable cost to come and check the source of my roof leak. Even though his company was based in Markham, he was willing to travel the next day more than 40km to inspect my roof for leaks. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the cause of leak was not bad roof shingles but rather insufficient amount of air intake coming from the side "Soffit". Due to the odd construction of the townhouse attic air intake, there was insufficient air inside attic to circulate air and push air out of attic vent. After discussion together, we decided to replace the older stationary attic vents with Turbine type attic vents. This would increase the amount of air exhausted from the attic space out through the turbine attic vents. Although i couldn't be in person to watch the replacement of attic vents, Mr Jacky was quick with his work, nice enough to take photos of the new replacement and send them to me for inspection. He even agreed to collect his money fees the next day and come to my other place for payment. I believe none other contractors would agree to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers, like "C Plus Roofing" did.

  Jacky and his team are true professionals. I am pretty well informed on most things house related and I like to do my research. They did clean work at a very reasonable price and communicated well throughout the process. He was able to accomate all of things I wanted to accomplish while the soffits and eaves were down which many companies were not willing to do. Jacky is also a very honest guy. I accidentally overpaid him 400 bucks and he returned it to me without me even asking. A true gentleman!

  We had many leaks and damaged shingles and rusted flashings. So we inquired with quite a few roofing company's and Jacky from C Plus Roofing was by far the most transparent and easy to work with. Pricing was very fair for the work completed, we did a full roof replacement, including flashing replacement, vents replacement and eavestrough cleaning. Jacky walked us through the process step by step and clearly answered any questions we had. Couldn't be happier with the work completed!

  Jacky is a professional roofer who did an excellent job installing our new roof and resolving some long-term issues. The new roof is now much better insulated and has improved ventilation. I highly recommend Jacky, especially if you have an older home and are considering installing a new roof.
