You should never choose this company.  My roof leaked after a month and a half after the new installation.  After the first repair, it leaked again, and after the second repair, it also leaked.  After that, no matter how many times I contacted him, he didn't reply.  It leaking again today, so I sent pictures and videos, but no response.  I'm in discussions with my lawyer to fight the law.  I will continue to update the litigation process. The after care is the worst. Our roof started leaking and they wouldn't come back, even though there was a warranty! We had to get another roofer to come. Stay away from Alpha!

The price of these guys are ridiculous. I own a 2 story house that's like 3000 SQ/f. The cost of replacing my shingles was $6000. I also own a 400-500 sqf bungalow where only the front has shingles the back is flat roof. That front with …

They said they would send a gift card if we wrote a good review. I wrote one in October 2022 and they haven’t gotten back to me and its April 2023. Horrible costumer service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We hired them in October 2019 to replace our roof after reading several good reviews of their work. However, the team who were sent out did a very rushed job but when we pointed that out to the team leader at the time we were brushed off. One year later (2020) we noticed a small damp patch but since our aluminum work needed to be replaced, we thought that was the problem. In 2021 we replaced the aluminum. When the other company (who are also roofers) was replacing the aluminum, they pointed out the problem with the roof - new step flashing had been put outside the side flashing (see photos). During heavy rain, instead of the water being led away from the side flashing (wall) , it was forced to run along the side flashing and leak into the house. The nailing of the shingles near the step flashing was also done at the wrong place. We didn't do anything immediately, thinking that with a 2 year old roof and new aluminum we would have no more problems. In May 2022, when we ripped out our old floor to install a new floor, we noticed a huge damp patch on the plywood. The flooring company (who are also builders) pointed out the same problem with the roof. Alphas solution to the problem was to send out a team who refused to look at the real problem and wanted to patch the roof up with caulking. We refused their 'solution' since they were not prepared to deal with the real problems. Despite many requests to talk to the boss, we have never been able to talk to anyone except the head of the warranty department (Jocelyn) who can make no decisions and just says she has to follow protocol and will pass everything along to her supervisor. When we insisted on finding a permanent solution (which Jocelyn said they also wanted!) she stopped taking our phone calls. Voice messages and texts were not replied to and the only way we could talk to her again was by using a telephone number that she didn't recognize. She repeatedly refused to listen to what we ha

I got Alan to come take a look at my house for an appraisal and he mentioned he will work on a quote for me and get back to me soon. It has been over a week and I even followed up with him few days later as I had not received the quote. I work in retail industry and getting back to client is number 1 priority. For me to be waiting over a week and following up myself yet still nothing is very disappointing.

Sloppy! Unprofessional. These guys did my neighbour's roof. They threw old shingles off the side of the roof and onto my raspberry and blackberry bushes. They destroyed the berry plants and a bunch of other plants that were at the side of the house. And this was after I asked them to not throw the shingles off the side of the house. Very disrespectful!

Got my Metal Roof installed April 21, 2026 by Alpha Roofing Canada. My initial meeting was with Mr. Alan Tham. From the moment I opened my door and saw this gentleman, I loved his personality and his professionalism. Alan walked me through the process and what to expect the day of installation. The day of installation Alan was not on site, however he ensured to check in with me when his team showed up for work and after the job was completed. Before the crew got started one member walked around the premises took pictures of areas that may cause issues during installation, which Alan contacted me for permission to remove the obstacles. The line of professionalism does not stop there. Bill, Alpha Roofing Canada Inspector called me during the installation said he would be onsite shortly. Bill walked me through all the varies materials that would be installed on my Roof. I was excited when he popped out the drone to inspect the process ontop of the Roof and took some pictures, which he emailed to me that day. Wow! Technology at it's finest 😆. These five guys were very polite, professional, fast and efficient. They worked well together. They started sometime after 8am and finished up after 5pm this includes cleaning up all the debris from the day's work. I am very pleased with the work and YES, YES! I would most definitely recommend Alpha Roofing Canada. Job well done guys. A big thank you!

Had my roof recently done by Alpha Roofing Canada and there service and pricing were above all others roofing companies. I was little worried that they gave me one of the lowest quote for metal roofing, but they delivered on every aspect. The were very fast and very professional.

Thank you very much Alan to you and your team! You did a very nice job of installing the new metal roof on my mother's house! Everyone who passes by says it looks beautiful and it has created a lot of interest among the neighbours. Even the window and door company that came a few days later to measure the windows and doors for replacement said the roof looked amazing! I was very impressed with the efficiency of the large team who installed the whole roof in a day. Everyone worked together like clockwork. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up the debris around the house after completion. Thank you so much again! Sincerely, Alan Vincent

Joselyn and Echo are an amazing team! Joselyn’s quoting was detailed, Echo’s on-site management was perfect, with someone present throughout. The metal roof looks beautiful—highly recommend!

You can tell Alan cares about his customers. He gave a fair quote and checked in during the work. The roofers were friendly and made sure everything was done right the first time.

Few weeks back ( September 9,2025), we had the good fortune of having Alpha Roofing replace our roof and we could not be happier with the results. From the very first meeting with Sandy, we were highly impressed. Sandy is very committed to his work, explained everything in detail, easy to deal with and professional. On the agreed date of installation, higly skilled professionals came and attended their tasks with thorougness and efficiency. They completed the work on the same as agreed. They disposed all the relative debris and with no damage to our property, specially the newly installed interlock. I want to say a big and special thank you to Sandy for going above and beyond to see that all our requests were satisfied and that I would have a pleasant experience. Sandy even came by during the installation to check with us that if we have any concerns or questions. We only had to pay at the end of the installation after everything was completed. Our neighbours stopped by and very impressed to see the work and we shared Sandy's contact to four of our neighbours. Two of them already signed an agreement and Sandy and his team are installing the roof for them. We would not hesitate to recommend Alpha Roofing for your next roof replacemnt project. Sandy, thank you again for all what you did for us. Pushpa
