  Asked for a quote for the roof and siding. Was told they would go out same day and give me a quote. Never heard back.

  This is a very unprofessional company, I warn you to stay away from. We emailed them directly to haydenb. Then we followed up with a text and they answered in some way that says they are better than me. Just a bad experience.

  Spoke to Hayden about a job at a house I was under contract for, and told him we'd be driving from out of state to discuss the quote. Hayden seemed very eager to take the job and asked me to text him with the address and a time. I suggested 1030 and he agreed and said he'd be there. We showed up half an hour early, Hayden never did. Sent text message, called several times. Nothing. Can't recommend One Roof based on the fact that they never showed up after we drove 120 miles to meet them. I feel it is disrespectful and irresponsible to confirm and then go 'radio silence'. Update: Hayden called two hours after the appointment and said he went somewhere else instead of coming to the agreed upon appointment.

  Chimney covered with cedar shingles were coming off. Also had holes from birds. Workers arrived inspected chimney, removed damage areas. Determined damage was more extensive than expected. Basically tore most of it down, rebuilt it and …

  Hayden Brown was great to work with and his crew did excellent work. Hayden communicated with us throughout the project, the work was done quickly and was a quality job from estimate through cleanup.   Hayden's team did a great job replacing rotten fascia and soffit board on my house as well as repairing my chimney. He's prompt in returning phone calls and guaranteeing his work. I highly recommend using his company!
