  This company came out to my house unsolicited. They told me that my roof was over 30 years old and had tons of evidence of storm damage. They promised that my insurance company would cover this. After nearly 3 months my insurance company was tired of dealing with them and reached out to me and said that they were completely rejecting the claim, and that they saw no evidence of storm damage. At this point reader Roofing told me that I could either sue the insurance company or pay them $20,000 to fix my roof. Feeling like this didn’t sound right I called another professional out to look at my roof, knowing that he was not going to get my business. I just wanted a second opinion this person pointed out what he said was clearly intentional damage done to try and fool. The insurance company not only is this behavior incredibly unethical, but has done irreparable damage to my relationship with my insurance company to the point now, where my rates have been raised, and I am unable to move to a different company because of the record. This company is dishonest, and I would not do business with them if I were you.

  Hello Mr. Crawford. We want to start by saying we apologize for any confusion. The insurance company has repeatedly stated they were not going to approve your claim our in house attorneys do help you get your denial flipped to a replacement. You had a repair a few years back and we offered you an estimate to replace the roof because you were interested at the time. We also fully blew your roof off of all debris for you at no charge to help you since some large branches fell on your roof. We were just trying to help. Now when it comes to damages caused by Reeder Roofing. We did not damage anything on your roof. We offered you a retail price to replace it and you wanted to move forward with the insurance route which we can never be 100% certain if they will or will not pay out for a claim. We would really appreciate it if you removed this 1 star review because it is misleading we were simply there to help you. Thank you and I hope you have a great day.

  I want to recommend Reeder Roofing LLC because it is rare to find a business that you can trust and that has integrity, but I have found one. Better yet, they found me! The quality of people and the quality of work provided was above and beyond my expectations. The short of it is that in November 25, Reeder Roofing assisted me with a roof claim. Their hard work and persistence in fighting the insurance company paid off because 6 weeks ago my insurance claim was approved and I now have a new roof! I am extremely happy with the effort, work, integrity, and responsivness that I received in doing business with Reeder Roofing and Chris Wideman Jr.

  I was very pleased and impressed with Kylee and Jordan from Reeder Roofing. They were very professional and respectful. After my roof was inspected they explained in detail the damage it has and filed the claim with my insurance company.They made everything so easy for me and I would highly recommend them.

  Chris came out to give a roof inspection. Very professional and helpful with questions we had. After a thorough inspection he told us the roof was good and we should get 5-8 more years. He could have told me we needed a new roof but he didn’t. Very impressed with him and would recommend them and when we need a new roof I will be calling them
