  Unprofessional experience. The team arrived late, left the area messy, and didn’t complete the job properly. We had to call another contractor to fix the issues. Would not recommend.

  These guys came and did the roof, Roof looks great, but the mess and the damaged property they left behind is disgusting and beyond unprofessional. After working 3 straight weeks with no days off and travel for work, we came home to this mess. Nothing was tarped inside the attic at all. We also had two window air conditioners in the house that are now ruined and unusable. Since November 2nd, I have been waiting for them to reach back out to me, and finally, today, I got a call back. Needless to say, I had missed the call but did call back a short while later and left a message for the person who had called to please call me back. I waited about 2 hours and hadn't heard back, so I called again and left another message for them to call me. I was told that the first message was passed on, and they would get back to me. By this time, it's now a little after 2 pm. So I said ok and waited again. At 3:48 p.m., I still had not gotten a call back, so I again reached out. My call was answered by the answering machine. I have yet to be contacted. I am supposed to be compensated by them for damaged belongings per our agreement as opposed to going through the legal route. But again, here we are. A week after the roof was complete, they offered to come back and clean what should have been done to begin with. As i said we travel for work, Alot I dont feel that we should have to put our own jobs off so someone can now come into our home and clean a mess that should have been taken care of day one. Im not exactly sure what they did to the new siding being put up on the house but its all stained in several different spots as you can see in the pictures, and upon their completion my husband took his magnet out and rolled not just ours but the neighbors driveway and picked up SEVERAL roofing nails. I'm glad we did that before we pulled our truck and trailer in the driveway. Smh. Im really not a rag, nor do I enjoy calling people out, but this is ridiculous, to say the least, and very u

  We are committed to delivering high quality roofing services and ensuring customer satisfaction. While we are pleased the homeowner is happy with the work she contracted us to complete, we were faced with many unexpected challenges and repeated resistance with her tenants, including refusal to allow us attic access. Tenants were informed it would be a mess due to the decking being replaced, yet denied us access to finish clean up. Despite our efforts to resolve issues amicably with the tenants, we had to involve the Gloversville Police for safety and security on-site. The tenant is the party writing us bad reviews and they were home the entire time work was being completed. We will not tolerate threats for cash or any attempts to intimidate us with the threat of online defamation. We want to emphasize that we prioritize professionalism. The Homeowner is a wonderful lady and we’ve been working closely with her throughout this situation. The tenants are writing reviews under different names on different platforms- they’ve stated if we pay up they’ll take them all down. We’ve told them to cease and simply have their attorney to contact us. In my opinion, in all our years of business we’ve had so many wonderful customers, these tenants are the most unique by far.

  When do stores this morning like I do every morning and one of your trucks was there at the pumps idling when I walked in front of it to get to the door he launched forward making me turn around and then he's yelling at me like I did something wrong you might want to keep your employees in check

  Fantastic job! Highly professional and extremely thorough.Paul the salesman was awesome and Joe the site supervisor was great and they did my entire roof within less than 5 hrs!! 1000 stars Highly recommend!!!

  Shane Marsche was great with setting up the three of our town homes for new roofs. Estimate was spot on. Crew was great with clean up. Even the following day a person came out to check for any additional clean up. Would recommend them to anyone.

  Had a leak pop up in my new house in early April. Called Ultimate on the recommendation from one of my coworkers. Paul came by and took a look at it, was unable to isolate the problem but found other issues with the roof. Because I have solar, and the cost associated with removing that, we decided to just replace the roof. The price range on the full replacement was very reasonable, less than I was honestly expecting. Kevin and his team came by yesterday exactly on time and got right to work. Kevin was wonderful and his team was great! Once they got the roof off there were a couple more issues found, but Kevin was able to get them fixed and it didn’t add significantly to the cost which was great. The roof looks amazing! I couldn’t recommend Paul, Kevin, and the whole team at Ultimate.

A newly installed dark asphalt shingle roof on a single-story home in Loudonville — clean lines, good slope, the kind of straightforward residential job that holds up well when the underlayment and ventilation are done right underneath. Summer is actually the best window to get a proper roof inspection in the Capital Region. Attic temperatures are high enough that any ventilation imbalance becomes obvious, and daylight hours are long enough to walk every valley and ridge carefully. After last winter's freeze-thaw cycles, soffit and ridge vents often show damage that's easy to miss in cold weather. On a job like the one pictured, we install ice-and-water shield along the eaves and valleys as standard practice — not an upgrade — because Schenectady winters make it necessary, not optional. Balanced ridge ventilation goes in at the same time. Both are details that don't show from the street but determine how long the shingles above them actually last.
