  Serg came out to my house to give me a quote. Said he would get back to me in a couple days. It’s been over a month and no contact at all. Very unprofessional

  Have used Serge for my commercial and residential roofing needs for 5 years. He excels at diagnosing the issue, taking whatever time is necessary. Serge is a pleasure to work with, the project is done with quality and I would recommend him anytime.

  Not impressed with this company’s communication whatsoever. 1. Did not tell us permit was approved- we sent an email asking about it and never heard back. We had no idea the roof replacement was going to be so soon …

As with many roof replacements, we use a tarp system around the home to help minimize debris and protect the property during the installation process. Once the existing shingles were removed, additional plywood damage was uncovered that could not have been fully identified during the initial exterior inspection. Before proceeding, our foreman discussed the issue and pricing with you on-site so the roof could be completed properly and up to code. We also appreciate you bringing up your concerns regarding cleanup and site coordination. Our foreman did communicate with you regarding access to the property during the installation, and our crew worked to clear the entry area as quickly as possible so residents could safely move in and out as needed. We also made additional efforts that day to ensure everything was cleaned up properly, and we will continue working with our team to improve communication and jobsite preparation moving forward.   Bensen did a very professional job on my shed roof. In addition, they fixed a flashing problem above the shed doors at no extra cost. I recommend this company.

  We had a piece of fascia come off in a wind storm and Bensens fixed it the next day. You cannot even tell that there was any damage.

  I had a great experience with Benson replacing our garage roof. Their price was very competitive, communication was perfect, the crew were timely, they worked like a well oiled machine, and lastly they didn’t leave trash and debris around the property.
